Kaizo listened to the last two state what their skills were but the whole Kaizo being appointed leader had taken away from his observation and only when Aokiji said his greatest skills were Hand to hand and Hoho he noticed he was also from Squad 2 which made Kaizo want to face palm but he didn't, instead Kaizo closed his eyes then spoke "Well now that I know what everyone's skills are then I guess we should work it out like this. Myself and Aokiji shall take the lead infront of the Squad 4 guy..sorry I'm bad with names...anyway. Shoske will follow behind the Squad 4 guy and basically stick to him like glue and never let him out of his sight...of course myself and Aokiji will try do the same but we will try dispatch any low level hollow that get near us...I'd prefer we reduce using Spiritual energy based techniques as to not give away our position. So keep that in mind...of course Shoske I am sure you will be itching to take out a few hollow but you will likely get a few try get you so do not worry. So...to recap in short. Myself and Aokiji will deal with most the low level hollow, Squad 4 guy heals us if we gain any serious wounds and Shoske sticks to Squad 4 guy like glue as to protect him at all times. The longer we can go without being detected the better...this place is Suicide and I'm sure you all know that...so any hollow above the average we do not take on..that is an absolute given here.
