The problem with picking very specific gods like the God of Tech is the fact that you may have nothing to do for long stretches of time, however picking the right abilities can make your God relevant in any situation, but, again, I do not recommend such specific God.And a general note: I think humans shouldn't be hand-fed with the God's gifts but rather should invent things (slowly at first, obviously) - unless you want to make some sort of paradise for everyone, in which case the "morally questionable" Gods should start working faster...

Alright. I guess Innovation & Tech would work then, because they would work in combination with each other generally. Plus it would give me something interesting to due when it comes to all the more "sentient" mortals. Shrug. I personally wouldn't say ONLY humans need to exist when it comes to sentient species, but that is just a personal opinion on the matter.

Or, you know, give them the gift of pregnancy.

For genetic disversity, shouldn't It be both?
The Chaos of Life would need more to keep things interesting in every species, right?

Hey there, yes, there's a lot of OOC posts and discussion to catch up to, but I believe you can just read the IC posts and get the gist of it. Right now the PCs are trying to build the universe. Well, of them are. Just post a CS if you wish to join sometime.

Alrighty. Thx for letting me know. I personally am going through the CS's submitted just to really see the personalities of the others, and ideas for abilities.

Also, I have a question:
Do the spheres of influence gain or lose power/strength due to the current state of the realm of mortal existence? Like, for Technology, in the early ages of Humanity, there wouldn't be all that much to work with or bother to tinker with. The possibilities weren't explored all too much yet, so would that make Technology limited in Strength/Abilities?

SO get rid of the Blood Dragon armor before talking to people who aren't in them and make sure they don't find out any of that stuff? Got it!

Really, it seems only Logical.
Like in Skyrim, if you go into a hold with a large bounty in said hold- people will attack/run away from you. Get rid of the bounty and nobody will bother you for a while. Kinda the same idea.

Oh, we are getting into the talk about relationships? I'm in, then! :P I imagine Ann knows a good part of the frontline players because of her work, as well as any player who likes custom made things, so anyone up for being friends or associates with her? :D Also, I'm guessing many people know Hazard due to his work too, but he wouldn't be much of the type to be friends with just anyone, maybe 'acquaintances' would be more precise with him, for anyone who has contracted his services or Hazard has taken an interest into, or has any info of.

Due to his Lone Wolf nature, I'm sure Mark would be very happy to have a person he could (kinda) trust forging his future weapons, armor, and some other odds and ends. I believe it would take actually meeting due to Ann's fame or something of the like, as when going out alone- you gotta have the best you can buy.

Romulus would be willing, but Hes a member of the top guild so, it's a bit iffy. Remus however will protect you with his life! Both would be willing to be your friend. Kyle? Can Romulus have friends from outside the Blood Dragons?

I personally don't see how that would be unacceptable. After all, I don't think the Blood Dragons would broadcast who their members are when they go to such lengths to hide their identies. It'd probably be a lot like a spy agency- you can't be totally sure that they're a spy, unless you yourself are a spy as well, ya know?
It just seems like they would keep their membership a secret, so HAVING friends outside would be fine, just revealing your membership to the BD's, or your identity while amongst non-BD members when in uniform, etc. would be the banned stuff. After all, part of the reason they hide everything about them is cause they don't want any weaknesses, but I doubt that that automatically means you can't have friends outside the guild, but that you can't make them into a weakness for you or the guild itself.
Or something like that maybe?
I personally find this entire idea very interesting overall. I kinda feel like it would challange my own creativity to be able to handle the power that a god would have properly, and would like to say that I still have to actually go through everyone's posts and IC posts, but if I feel I could keep up, I'm going to apply. Just wanted to let you guys know, because I'm weird like that.

And if possible, if I DO decide to apply, I'll most likely take Technology, and if wanted/need electricity as an extension of Technology due to the need for power for said Tech. Just a possibility however, I'd just go for Tech usually. Anyways, Good Day (For if I do have a character, it will most likely be at least dusk by the time he's ready)!

Aye, what he says. Doesn't really matter, especially as it looks like we'll be getting 'Character' Tabs soon! :DA couple of points/questions:-In terms of his personality are you saying that he has a dissociative identity disorder? If not, then his personality is all over the place and kind contradicts itself in places. Sometimes its better to say less about personality in the CS and let his words and actions in the IC do the talking. -In terms of the special skill, really it has to be a skill if it's affecting his stats. Also, isn't the skill basically just 'His stats go up in battle'? As for the negative effect of it, your wording could be a little clearer. I'm reading as it some sort of 'blood lust'?-And lastly, it would be cool if you also had a pic or description of what your armour looks like. Not necessary though, especially if you were perhaps thinking of upgrading. As with every other player, I don't accept until I run out of things to moan about :PI'm a bit busy this weekend but I'll aim to start the RP before Tuesday.

I've no problem with your problems....if you get that of course xD.
I personally have trouble OVER explaining things from time to time, so I often confuzzle others when I launch into explainations.
I found this after like 20 minutes of searching:
Do People Actually Have Multiple Personalities?

Yes, and no. One of the reasons for the decision by the psychiatric community to change the disorder's name from Multiple Personality Disorder to Dissociative Identity Disorder is that "multiple personalities" is somewhat of a misleading term. A person diagnosed with DID feels as if she has within her two or more entities, or personality states, each with its own independent way of relating, perceiving, thinking, and remembering about herself and her life. If two or more of these entities take control of the person's behavior at a given time, a diagnosis of DID can be made. These entities previously were often called "personalities," even though the term did not accurately reflect the common definition of the word as the total aspect of our psychological makeup. Other terms often used by therapists and survivors to describe these entities are: "alternate personalities," "alters," "parts," "states of consciousness," "ego states," and "identities." It is important to keep in mind that although these alternate states may appear to be very different, they are all manifestations of a single person.

So in case of such a definition of it: then yes, he does.
While probably more minor than it would generally be perceived, his personalities would follow such a guideline.

I suppose that should be true. I could remove it if you want then, and see if I got any sort of Spear moves to think up of....as there are NO actual spear sword skills published at all =_=. Also, yeah, Blood Lust would in many ways be an applicable discription I suppose. I was thinking along the lines of an Adreinal high that allows for faster cognitive fuction or something. Either discription would work....I think I might have read too many advanced psych things now x.x.
And yeah, think of the negative effects like a slightly more controlled blood lust. You can tell who your friends are, but if they get in the way of the battle: then they're just more enemies.

And I didn't want to go look up a picture anyways cause I personally am not sure if it's what I plan to stick with, so I don't want to commit to a pic of armor.

The GM says he has to nitpick people's characters....I think we can all say "Yeah, whatever" or we should gtfo, yeah?

I know, I get the confusion, I just rewatched the Whole Fate/Zero series, so I can tell Diarmuid's spear.

So far I've only watched the first two episodes and read some different fanfics for it....
