The Baker glared at Akira, "You don't want to do this!? I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS! I WAS A BAKER, YOU AT LEAST LOOK LIKE YOU COULD SURVIVE A FEW ROUNDS!" The baker continued rocking back and forth, as he was listening to Shah-Nahul, as he began nervously eyeing the other gladiator slaves. The other slaves glanced at him, also nervous. The pit was filled with tension, they did not know who would fall to depravity, and who would rise to great heights. One of the gladiators, a small hairy man, about 4'8 stared at Shah-Nahul as he picked out traces of snot from the left nostril of his snout.
"How long have you been here for?" The man pointed his bulbous left finger at Shah-Nahul, "I am curious, as we are all Battle-Brothers in this Hell-hole right?" He glanced around staring at the others with his beedy eyes. The other gladiator slaves began nodding at the man, rather timidly at first, but they were coming around and began nodding with gusto. The Baker began sobbing again, "I just want to see my children and wife again! WHY did I have to end up as a Gladiator Slave!?"

He glanced around staring at the others with his beedy eyes. The other gladiator slaves began nodding at the man, rather timidly at first, but they were coming around and began nodding with gusto. The Baker began sobbing again, "I just want to see my children and wife again! WHY did I have to end up as a Gladiator Slave!?"

The Baker stopped sobbing, as he was pulled by his neck. "I- I DON'T WANNA DIE!" The others in the pit were moved by Shah-Nahul as they began chanting in union. "WE FIGHT AS ONE! WE FIGHT AS ONE! WE FIGHT AS ONE!" From above a Cynocoid guard spat out at them.
"Ha, believing that you are brothers in that Pit! It makes me laugh, soon enough you will all turn on each other, in order to survive. I have over-seen countless gladiator "brothers"... and it eventually ends the same." The Cynocoid cackled as he walked away from the pit. The Baker Gladiator Slave turned to Shah-Nahul, "Please tell me that guard was lying... Please tell me I can at least trust some people here!"
