Alrighty, I added more to the CS for my character.
The backstory is perfect. Powers is good, but could be better explained, at least in my mind. Personality is still barebones. Here's a tip: try writing a sentence for each of the words you used to describe the personality.

I would... but there's only one post since my own... I'm waiting for at least a decent amount of posts (about a page for me, though I could settle for half) so that it doesn't seem like I post really fast. I do understand that by waiting for a good moment to post, I'm stalling other people, and for that I apologize. In the likely event that no post occurs for about... 2-3 days straight, I'll post, just to set/keep things in motion.

alright and i though of something...in order to really take Asuka and Lili's rivalry to a deadly level..one of them could be recuited by Black Cross and another by the good faction. Well sience they are rivals and friends/supposed lovers which that is a speculation maybe one of them could be lured to Black Cross by temptation..most likely Asuka xd.idk random idea..xd feel free to ignore.today i am feeling slightly random xd.

"BASTARD! You'll pay for that!" Pegasus said as she swung her hoof towards Katsumi. However, the air force knocked Pegasus up into the air. It took her flapping her wings to stabilize herself. "HAH! Now you're gonna get it!" Pegasus zoomed towards Katsumi with the speed and force of an oncoming car... Then Yui kicked her and knocked her off course.
The Unicorn Dopant dodged the kick, only for the kick to land and damage his arm. The momentum of the kick forced him to stumble a bit... right into the path of the Oni Claws. Unfortunately for Yuji, he was facing the Dopant's back, thus he was literally backstabbing him. "Gaaah!" He turned to see Yui.
"GAH! WHERE DO- SHIT! SHIT! IT'S OOO!" The Unicorn Dopant said upon seeing the tri-colored Rider. The Pegasus Dopant stabilized herself and remained in the air.
"Tch! You got some nerve attacking me like that." Pegasus said.
"Peggy! Back out! We can't take OOO on!" The Dopant was struggling to get away, but the damage that Yuji was doing was making him unable to just zap out of there.
"Forget you! I'm always itching for a fight!" Pegasus said, swooping to Yui to do her own kick to the head.
Unbeknownst to the group, the Black Cross King overlooked the battle. He smiled smugly at one of the combatants. "He'll do..." He thought.
The Museum
Danny cracked up as Mio was zapped by Mikoto's powers. He had his eyes closed as the zapping happened because he was laughing so hard, but when he opened them and saw Mio, he laughed harder.
"Oh! Oh man!" He said, revealing himself. "Cartoonish, non-lethal zapping is always the best kind for me!" He was slapping his knee and wasn't really worried if the human railgun would focus on him next.

Yeah. I've given a bit of a hint, though I'm not gonna reveal it until my next post.
The Beach Digsite
The Unicorn Dopant was knocked aside by the Justice Kick. The Dopant looked towards Katsumi.
"You bastard... Who are you!?" The Dopant demanded. He got his answer... Katsumi, huh? Thankfully this wasn't the Katsumi he heard about in his record books. The Dopant laughed.
"Justice? Heh, that's a good one... But no thanks! We're getting paid good money to retrieve some items from this museum!" The Unicorn Dopant said.
"You may be," Pegasus cracked her knuckles. "But I'm here for one thing: kicking ass!" Pegasus was about to attack, when suddenly she was attacked by several bolts of lightning.
"Wh-what the!?" Pegasus looked and saw Todoroki.
"What? Is that... No! It can't be! Why do they always interfere!" The Unicorn Dopant said. Its horn glowed purple and shot a blast towards Todoroki while Pegasus ran to Katsumi.
Shane's Space Ship
Shane overlooked the battle going on.
"Alright, recruits... Let's see what you can do!" He said, pressing some buttons.
With Yui near the restrooms
"A-Awesome!" Nicholas said to Yui after she transformed into OOO. Everything startled him, from the Driver's pulsing sound to the chiming of the medals to a booming voice announcing the Medals to the aforementioned Medal that became Yui's chest. Nicholas pondered and began to do his own transformation for Yui. He got out a police license and pressed the silver button on top of it. Soon, tiny particles of light formed around Nicholas. The lights faded, revealing a set of armor for Nicholas. It was a silver suit with metallic blue pieces of armor. What made him stand out the most was the red 100 on his chest. His helmet came after. Metallic blue with long "ears". He turned to Yui.
That's when he, Yui, and the other Zyguard members save for Katsumi got the coordinates of the Dopant and Phantom.
"Alright, let's do this!" Nicholas said to Yui, posing for her. "SEIYAAAAAH!" Unfortunately for him, he doesn't notice the cracks.
Front of Museum
One of the guardsmen ran towards the bottom of the stairs where Kyzan appeared, but didn't seem to find her thanks to her shapeshifting.
Meanwhile, the tour guide responded to Asuka. "I can't say I have... Maybe she went into the museum?" She asked Asuka.
Meanwhile, Kyzan's scans were able to report back to her... something. It wasn't much, though, just a report of a high percentage of unusual seawater.
???
To anyone who had touched the red cracks, they would feel something. Like a hand moving out of the crack. However, the hand didn't seem to come out of the crack. They didn't feel ready. However, those who were close to the cracks could hear the sounds of what seemed like... fish? Or blubbering... It was hard to tell with all the rushing water.
