Name: Ewan Renton 'Renton'
Age: 36
Gender: Male

Sexuality: Straight
Race: Caucasion
Position: Gang leader/pub owner

Personality: Renton is about as stereotypical as it gets. He's an angry, alcoholic and very violent. But along with this, he is very ambitious and a great friend to have if you can actually relate to him long enough as to not anger him. He knows how to operate his gang to a high standard and has been doing so for many years.

He is ruthless towards enemies and traitors and won't hesitate to deal with said traitors and enemies by himself.

History:
Renton was born in Glasgow, Scotland. His young life was filled with the same poverty and crime that later gained him his trip to America and the goods that came with the trip. He was born to a drug abuser mother and an absent father, he and his mother lived in a council flat and it was a miracle that Renton made it past his baby years. His mother often passed out on drugs or was just too blazed out of her mind to actually feed or care for Renton a lot of the time.

Renton got his first taste of crime at the young age of nine. He was stopped on the way home from school by a small time drug dealer who essentially forced him to deliver a message to a higher up under death threat. Renton was soon recruited as a 'messenger' for the drug gang and began to grow through the ranks as he aged. He was soon dealing drugs by his high school years.

He dabbled with drug use for a bit in his late teens, but later quit after he saw the effects of it on his now deceased mother. He grew close to the boss of the gang and began to see the old, violent man as a father figure. Soon enough, Renton was promoted to the gangs head enforcer after his displays of violence against those who couldn't pay up for the drugs sold ran out of things to steal. He became known throughout the various gangs and streets for his brutal methods of extortion. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the addicted began to pay up a lot more often now that Renton was about.

By his early 20s, Renton was the second highest member of the gang. The previous having been killed in a gang war. He learned a lot from the gangs leader and began to 'micro-manage' in a sort of way. Soon enough though, the leader of the gang died of old age and Renton was left to take over the gang. The first few weeks were rocky for him, he had trouble gaining respect from those who had joined before him and had more trouble with getting his name on the street as a leader and not just an enforcer. He soon gained respect after he waged war on a rival gang and then stomped them out of their own territory and took it for his own.

As time went on, Renton gained more and more territory and sold more and more drugs, eventually reaching the point where there was little to no competition for him anymore. He made the drastic decision to move to greener pastures and began his operation in America. He had considered moving to France because of the fact that it was closer to Scotland, but decided that the already booming drug industry in America would welcome him with open arms.

Renton brought a few men with him, but soon recruited some low lifes from America, he found people were more willing to buy from people with the same accent as them. He then gained a rather large base of regular customers and began to expand his territory. Eventually expanding onto another gangs territory. After a few petty squabbles he met with the gangs leader, Roy Eisenhart. They soon found common interests and decided it would be better if they began to work together. Not joining the gangs together, but more of having their gangs work in cooperation with each other.

Years later, Renton and Roy had become best friends and still operate their drug work to a satisfying degree.

Speaking of which, guys. What are the names of the two gangs that we have? Since someone made the gang leaders (I can't remember who) they should get to name them, right? :P

Mine is named the Glasgow Razor Gang(after the actual gang) and I've forgotten what Larfleeze told me his was if he did actually tell me so I'll look through the skype chat and see if he said anything about it.

-edit-

He said he was going to call them 'the Cavalry' i'm not sure if he decided to change it or not but that's the last I heard of it.
Name: Daric Maul
Race: Breton
Age: 31
Appearance: Daric
Five major skills: Conjuration, Destruction, Alteration, One handed, Light armour
Five minor skills: block, sneak, Acrobatics, Mercantile, hand to hand
Class name: Witchhunter
Birthsign: The Atronach
Brief history: (sorry if this is going to be a bit long, I prefer to flesh out the character beforehand to know how to play them in the roleplay)
Daric was born in Wayrest, High Rock. His father was an accomplished mage and his mother was a well-known enchantress who was contacted by people countries away to see if she was available to enchant a weapon and what the price would be. All in all, Daric's early life was pretty great, his family loved him and he got to see magic up close practically every day. By age five he was certain that he wanted to be a mage when he grew up. There was only one problem, a problem his father had foreseen and hoped to be just folklore. The first time Daric attempted a low level restoration spell it just wouldn't work. Even the most absent-minded of orcs could at least throw a tiny fireball with practice, but no matter how hard Daric tried to cast any sort of spell he just couldn't. His father couldn't actually teach Daric any magic unless he hit him with a spell to revitalize his magika reserves. He decided to wait until Daric was a bit older to actually begin to start pelting him with spells in the hopes that it would help him cast magic. The only problem with this being Daric's parents untimely death. While travelling to Skyrim to enchant some Jarl's greatsword, Daric and his family were ambushed by forest bandits. They slaughtered his parents and left him for dead in the forest with an arrow in his shoulder.

He made his way into Skyrim just in time to not die of starvation. A friendly witch hunter in a tavern healed his wound and later decided to take Daric on as an apprentice after learning of his birthsign. It turns out that the witch hunter was born under the same birth sign and faced the same trials and tribulations as Daric had when he was learning magic. The witch hunter taught him about his birth sign and taught him how to do magic after replenishing his magicka reserves. He explained to Daric that the witch hunting profession was best for people born under the atronach because of their ability to only be able to regenerate magicka after being hit by it a few times.

Daric left the witch hunter when he was in his early 20s and left for the imperial city. He became a renowned witch hunter there and had been witch hunting in and around the city for years up until he was contacted by his old master again. It turns out he had been ambushed by bandits and then captured. His captors demanded an insane amount of gold for his release and Daric was the only person that his master could trust enough to not be captured if he paid the money. Daric set out to the meeting point to save his master. He killed the four captors in stealth instead of paying them, they were criminal scum who deserved nothing less than a sword in the neck. Daric freed his master, but soon regretted it after he actually saw who he killed. A guards patrol who had captured the now criminal master to Daric and was taking him to the imperial city prisons. Daric's master lashed out at him and initiated a struggle which ended in Daric's masters death. Daric was peacefully arrested a few days after and is now in prison for manslaughter.

Interested, will probably apply tomorrow
Well, there isn't really any reason for my gang to actually need a hitman, I mean they won't exactly be taking hits out on anyone specific and even if they would they could just use a bunch of cheaper men with the same result. Sorry, but no.

Hello and welcome to RPG!If you haven't looked at it yet, the and the might be a good thing to look at to figure out how things run here. I've seen quite a few DnD-esque games here so you should find something of interest and much more if you are seeking to branch out.

Thanks!
I'm really interested, I preferred Oblivion to Skyrim.
