Mars Mondelez definitely does work, got to love that alliteration! @Theobromine you're character rocks, and you're basically accepted, but can I just ask, how high temperatures are we talking about for water cauldron, and how long can she keep water cauldron active for?

Posting order or free posting?

Hi all!

I'm just starting my first rp, it's going to be quite action based, with lots of traps and combat, so my question is, in your experience, is it better to have a posting order or a free for all. I worry that without a posting order some characters may be quickly left behind, or action scenes will lack coherency due to somewhat random interjections, or characters being completely in active in them (which would be out of character). However if there is a posting order, due to different time zones and availability to write the rp may slow to halt and lose any adrenaline as it could be as long or longer than two days between characters actions and responses to, and would become boring!

I'd love to here any advice from more experienced RPers as to how you've tackled situations like these!

Already shouted at sighed Mikhail inwardly. The thought that immediately sprung to mind was how does one guard a cybernetic death goat. Mikhail felt that a goat, no matter how telekinetically dangerous, did not understand the concept of punishment, so threatening to shoot it would be futile. Pavlovian training would be much harder as well, given the possibility of instant death. Mikhail's expression became increasingly troubled as he approached the cell.

Masterjay that CS rocks, the power is sooo well thought out and ties in amazingly to his both highly advanced and extremely childlike personality, you're both definitely accepted. I'm looking forward to the character dynamic of criminal hunter to hunter who sort of is a criminal, I can't wait to see how you guys roleplay it!

Nen abilities:
1. Instant Incision: Lev declares an organ. The possessor of this organ instantly gains knowledge of it's location on their body. Lev will then have 10 seconds to touch within an inch of the targeted organ with his scalpel blade. If these conditions are me then the organ is removed from the target and added to Lev's specimen cabinet. Lev may declare an organ as often as he wants however he may not cancel a target until the 10 seconds have elapsed and he can not target the same organ twice in a row.
2. Red Raw: Lev may have up to 10 organs in his specimen cabinet. Lev selects an organ from his specimen cabinet. The organ is then consumed (destroying it), and takes 30 minutes to digest. After the 30 minutes have elapsed Lev may either completely heal one of his own organs per specimen digested, or he can choose to massively increase his speed and power for half an hour. Lev may digest two organs at a time, however the speed and power boost can not be stacked.

Personality: Lev is easily bored, and extremely scatterbrained. He enjoys meeting new people however usually quickly becomes bored of most people. This is reflected in his speach, he quickly flits between one topic and another, usually without explanation. He talks and moves quickly as if coursing with a certain vital energy. He has the mind of a researcher and disregards emotions compared to facts in all most any situation, and is always the first to advocate utilitarianism. His overactive mind also leads to him being paranoid, and prone to over analysis of almost any situation.

History: Lev is the only son of two reclusive scientists. He felt trapped in the same place growing up and worked determinedly to develop the skills to explore new and dangerous places, convinced if he could only become smarter and stronger his parents would allow him to venture out into the unknown. However nothing changed and as he exhausted every page of every chapter of every book in their house, he felt as if he was going mad, so he just decided to let go and leave it all behind. Leaving his parents one day he set off to make his way. He traveled widely and quickly, his hunger for adventure proving absolutely insatiable. In order to gain access to restricted areas Lev trained and researched nen, passing it on his first attempt. Since then he has become the premier specimen hunter, able to perform vivisections of any targets using his abilities.
