I like it. Your character would have to know a lot about chemistry to use it and not poison their teammates.
EDIT: I guess we're tied right now, for where we're going. I'll wait on posting it anywhere until the rest of us has voted.

This is a very interesting an idea. I'm thinking about a dual soul character but have a question before I do. You said that dual souls are like Jekyll and Hyde, but I was wondering do the dual souls have their own varying alignment? Using the example would Jekyll have a white or light grey soul and Hyde would have black or dark grey soul?

So you're saying the two abilities a person chooses need to be connected to each other? By that I mean, something like controlling metal and rocks vs controlling air and rocksOr would it be connected to the user like someone traumatized by fire getting an 'anti-fire' ability?Or a combination of both?

Okay, stop me if I'm wrong here, but it says priests can be of any soul type, yes? Does this include pure souls?Because if it does, I was thinking a pure white soul with the primary power to sap his strength to heal the wounds of others.

im still lurking atm, was wondering could i play a "scout role" like a priest but not as strong, basic duty's would be to search for all the bad shit in the citys then report to the priests if i cant handle it myself (which would be most of the time) ?

Cool. Just checking. It says that they can be any religion, soul type, etc. So would it be acceptable to make a student who's pretty dark? Like a student who would likely grow up to be an antagonist or antihero at the very best???

Seems interesting, and there is quite a lot of information to swallow in one setting there. But I'm concerned people will starting getting confused with so much information on this. Even I'm a bit confused at the moment myself. The Ghosts, Blisters etc. seem to be the monsters that are fought in combat the way you explained it, is that correct?
