A big floppy witch hat or a magician's top hat?

That seems to be the pattern for all of the mist users. Not evil or good. Just… out to do stuff.
Ooo. I like the kid magician part. Will he have a hat and stuff?
I have no idea what those last few words were. But uh, go for it?
Sam tried to take note of the area she was in. If she used too much blood, there was good chance of accidentally spearing Scorn. Once she noted what all was possible, she started pulling the blood out of the blood bag.

As it floated out, Sam was reminded of how liquid looked on television when they showed zero gravity. The more that came out, the more strange it looked. It didn't really look like blood at all, more like red paint. When she finished -the blood bag wasn't leaking, thank goodness- it looked like a large red sphere. Sam loosed her grip on it and allowed a few drops to drip into the floor. Moving quicker than before, Sam pulled all of the blood behind her and began showing her true powers.

The drops of blood on the floor became spikes that were easily as tall as Scorn. The spikes were tilted at odd angles, but none of them were near Scorn at the moment. Sam then moved on to her next trick, transforming the blood flowing behind her into a sword. I took all of it, so that not even drop could be used for other purposes, but Sam didn't care. She spun she sword on her hand once, and the cut though the spikes, which quickly 'melted' away, leaving only the dried bits of blood on the floor. Done, Sam made her sword blood again, and it all flowed back into the blood bag, save for the drops on the floor.

"There we are. I'd do more, but it's too cramped in here, and it takes too long to do." Sam was deliberately vague about her blood shield. If Scorn knew that Sam had only one more trick up her sleeve, then she wouldn't go looking for more. Sam had a few other tricks, but didn't want to share them with someone who could easily become the enemy at any moment.
Hmm.
How about Vector showed up, gave your character the address, and the character shows up late for the meeting?
Also, keep in mind that you're an illusionist. If you have any questions, I (or Solace, or TwilightDragon, or heck, even Dusset) can probably answer them. I'm just on more during my school hours.
It's okay, most of the OOC discussion is literally us just talking about junk (mostly not even related to the topic). As for the IC, not much plot wise has actually happened.

I'll list it off for you.
-Day starts in Tresipano
-The characters wandered around a bit before going to a Festival
-Vector (a guy who work with Sonya, our tutor) used lightning flames to set a tent on fire
-Characters rushed around to put out aforementioned fire
-Sonya appeared and put out the fire for them (Naoto nearly made it worse by pouring barrels of wine in the fire)
-Sonya tells everyone about how they're going to be Guardians
-Sonya shoots Naoto with Dying Will bullet
-Naoto goes into crazy mode
-They all meet up on the beach, Sonya tells them to meet at Naoto's house tomorrow if they want to be Guardians
-Sidenote: Naoto's mom apparently works for the mafia
-Guardians showed up: Sonya is systematically kicking their butts to assess their potential
-Cyril fails first and pouts
-Benjamin is currently fighting Sonya

It's a bit more than I thought before listing them off, but nothing earth shattering has really happened. Just a lot of small talk with intermittent people being knocked on their butts.
But I emphasize, the OOC is huge ONLY because we're a bunch of spazzes.

Do the powers really have to be different? Dustmen and reapers always had the same powers in the games...

Plus, it gets really boring if we all had the same powers. Like, if we all had sound manipulation, then we'd be wide open because we'd all have the same power weaknesses. That's lame.
Plus, Conduits control a lot of stuff. Just about anything, so you just have to pick an element and work It into something awesome.
I'm in.
"Yeah, but you were doing that crazy thing. You ran through buildings. I mean that literally. You also jumped off a truck. I'm not really sure that I should count that." Jak smiled. She sighed at Abbey. "Also, you came. It's a little late to just chicken out now. Besides, if I remember right, Sonya had the full capability to break Cyril's arm. She didn't. Nothing too bad should happen when you fight her."

Jak relaxed when Naoto spoke again. "Geez, Naoto. I'm good, but I'm not that good. Haven't learned karate since…" her voice caught the rest of the words that she'd wanted to say. Since Dad died. "Since forever ago. As much as I'd like to think of myself as a marksman or fighter… I don't think I could really push Sonya."

Jak sat forward again. "I'll try, but no promises, okay?"

She tried to watch the match closer than before. Sonya apparently liked moving through matches quickly, as represented by the fact that she was already aiming for Benjamin's face despite the fact that she was assessing them. Maybe she testing his speed? His reflexes? Jak just stayed quiet and watched. She had a method, and Jak just needed to figure it out. She just had to piece things together bit by bit.
Here's the OOC.

We'll try to have a recap for you when you out up your sheet and junk.
Oooooooo. Who is it?
