So does this predate or come after ruin? Seeing as you say that some say the beings that rule the outerplanes are remnants of the lords of ruin?
Well there are flavor reasons for it and a character who is difficult to get rid of is not necessarily an overpowered character. You know? For example the regenerating man who can't really be killed by wounds or what not is easily locked up. Having life preservation magic doesn't necessary make you broken. :)
Are you going to answer questions in the OOC as well?
Ah alright. Question, we are controlling factions on the planes in question right? Not just a single person alone
So, if we can't claim planes now, how am I supposed to begin work?
Greetings. You may recall me as the one who asked the question about Phylacteries. Would you be open to perhaps allowing such things for a particular character concept if I can sell it well enough to you?
This is before Ruin, those plains haven't been made yet because the princes of ruin haven't risen to godhood yet.
Iíoá Yuávíór
The Wraith Lands

Can I claim this one new sun? It's the only one that I could see Evarast existing in out the ones presented.
Just out of curiosity, largely since I have a character who might be quite fun in a setting like this. What is your stance on Phylacteries and life preservation magic of that sort?
You said this was a precursor to Lords of Ruin. Wouldn't it make sense for the lords of ruin to all exist prior to their rise?
