He was uncertain what was going on. The first sensation that he had been graced with upon his awakening was a terrible pain in his head and a feeling of heaviness that made it hard to move his limbs. And there was this abominable itch in his hands and feet. Though he had quickly realized that his limbs were also restrained by metal shackles that held him down upon the table that he had woken up upon. Attempts to turn his head to either side only proved to be more confusing as the room looked like something that belonged in a horror movie far more than something that anyone would see in real life.

Harsh florescent lights illuminated the room with an intense radiance that left almost no place for shadows and was painful enough that he could not see without squinting. Strange devices that he could not identify surrounded the metal table that he was strapped to and though he strained against the metal shackles he did not have any luck breaking free and there seemed to be no give in them. The man could not remember how he had come to be in this position, the last thing he remembered was a foul smell as he had walked down an alley and then there was nothing but darkness until he had woken up.

The harsh sound of industrial air filters whirring in the background made it difficult for him to notice the other sound at first. A heavy and labored sound of breathing through a filter, a sound that had been so distinctive that it had inspired many others to adopt it for cinematic villains. The man managed to crane his head up enough to get a look ahead in an attempt to see where the sound was coming from and was rewarded for it by a vision that he recognized with incredulity and surprise. "What the fuck?!" issued forth with surprise as he took in the sight before him.

A man stood on the other side of a transparent wall of reinforced glass, a man clad in an archaic black uniform of a style that had fallen out of fashion since the second world war. Six diagonal lines of crimson were emblazoned on the collar of the uniform and a mantle of fur hung from the man's shoulders as another element of his rank. But most distinctive was the mask, a symbol so iconic that there were few even 70 years later who did not recognize it. The six red visor slits that slashed across the matte black mask, and the three filters that were clustered around where the mouth would be.

The man actually managed a laugh in the face of the specter. Clearly this had to be some sort of elaborate joke, some of his buddies were playing a prank on him and they had gotten quite a realistic set up made for that effort. "Alright guys, you can fess up now. It's a damned impressive one but you've outdone yourselves."

But the only reply came from the hissing and crackling voice that whispered through the filters. "Begin the test." That was all the voice said and as it finished the man outside the chamber pressed a button on a control panel. A robotic arm with a syringe filled with a vicious green fluid extended out of the slab that the man was pressed against and then plunged into his arm. There was a cry of pain and another vocal objection. "What the fuck are you doing?" But then the real pain began.

Bones cracked and skin tore apart as muscles grew and bulged outwards, the man's body suddenly convulsing and changing in response to the compound that had been pumped into him. But the man did not simply tear himself to pieces, as the spasms continued pieces of his skin began to knit back together over the new musculature and bones. And eventually the spasms would cease altogether and what remained of the man was left as a truly grotesque monster. The screaming though did not stop, it was as if some fragment of humanity still remained within the tortured man who had been changed.

The only response that the screaming received was another press of a button which caused the audio feed from the room to suddenly cut out. "Test successful, mutagen agent identified. Activate disposal procedures." And the Good Doctor simply turned away from the glass and walked away to the next of many such chambers where another poor soul was wondering how they possibly had ended up there.
I may very well join
I submitted the Tyrant because he is opposed to the Angar-Ryllans and offers another side if people wish it. I'd also been working on him for a long time so it's not an attempt at one upping. Also as skallagrim can testify most of his powers are lore based and scaled up versions of his daughter's powers
Skallagrim said How do you “pull” them to you? Also define transcend worlds please. Are these worlds in your home universe? Or are you saying you can command others from across the multiverse to “travel inter-dimensionally” to you. If so how?

Define aligned to his purpose. This statement “…will always be aligned with him or willing to serve his will when summoned.” What do you mena by aligned to him

Used in bulk to summon an army of minion tier critters that can be done with as your opponent wills I assume. Or are you planning to create a series of individual characters to be summoned and fight for you?

The element of his summoning crossing the boundaries of the multiverse is pretty much the same as the way that his Daughter does it. The call reverberates out through the multiverse and then if a being answers his call they are brought before him to fight. They simply appear before him and then when the fight is finished they are dismissed and return to the place from which they came. His summons only lasts for the duration of the battle itself.

Aligned with his purpose means that they are beings who are willing and able to fight for him. If someone was not aligned with his purpose and essentially responded to the call with 'fuck off' or 'lolnope' they obviously will not be showing up. Mostly what this means is that those he summon are his minions, soldiers, ect in his employ.

Opponents can do what they will with the 'minion' level summons certainly as long as it makes sense. That's pretty much standard. But yes I will be making a number of characters who he could potentially summon to him in a fight as they are 'in his service'. An example of an already extant one who I need to submit again is his daughter Elisara. Also I will make the numbers less huge, say 20 minions, 5 intermediate, or 1 high tier summon can be called in the course of a post and they do take a post to appear?

Skallagrim said This is a bit over powering the way it is worded. You cannot compel another person’s dragon character to succumb to your will because of your back story. A player character can resist this power no matter what tier they are. Otherwise you are taking away their control.

Does this wording work better?

Draconic Control (High)- Maev’Sil’Vien created dragons and as the children and inheritors of the power of the fallen goddess Elisara and her father have power over the beings of draconic descent and heritage. They can command dragons and while it is possible to resist the command of the Tyrant and his daughter it takes an act of will and is certainly distracting and discombobulating to try and fight while half your body is trying to obey a different set of commands.

Skallagrim said
Ummm no this needs to be toned down otherwise; you will never be hurt because someone else will take the damage, thus rending a fight with you moot. Everyone in the multiverse is capable of dying. Define the range…what is several hundred yards? 200? 300?

Already discussed in pm, range will be 200 yards just like his Daughter's version of it.

Skallagrim said I don’t understand what extreme control means. Define this power more. So this character has the ability to control light. That’s fine I will allow you to control light, what are the parameters of light in this context.

What is darkness? That is such an ambiguous statement, I cannot grasp it. Do you mean shadows? Are shadows part of this darkness? What can this darkness do? Define highly potent.

By Light I mean light in all it's varied forms. He can summon hardlight in the form of shields or spears or other constructs and control them as well as creating what amounts to plasma or a laser with a super intense beam of light that actually burns with intensity and heat. Of course he can also simply summon forth light that lets people see and other things. By the nature of light it is aligned with warmth, at least on his world.

By Darkness I do mean things such as shadows. Similarly to how light is associated with warmth and heat in his world darkness is associated with cold. The touch of his shadows can be cool and soothing or freezing and numbing to the point of being an actual attack. It is also possible for his summoned darkness to eat away at things that it touches as well in a manner similar to his daughter's use of it.

Skallagrim said Give a defined static strength rating. If he is bare-chested and an equal tiered opponent hits him, it will do more than scratch him, it will actually hurt him. Reword it to reflect that only lesser tiered opponents have trouble hurting him.

Edited version, better?

Divine Body (High)- The Tyrant is a being that is both Lorenvolk the strongest of mortal races upon his home world and a child of she who was the most powerful of the world’s gods. His physical body is difficult to damage even without armor and many blows that would inflict staggering wounds instead barely scratch him. This resilience is at its greatest against physical or mundane weapons as the weapons of mortals are by their nature ineffective against those who are divine. This is also most effective against those of lower tiers as while attacks of upper tiered characters will still do less damage than normal it is not nearly so severe an effect. Further his strength is obscene as he can lift approximately 20 tons with little effort and throw them around. On the inverse however his speed while greater than human is not nearly as inflated as his resilience and sheer physical strength.

Skallagrim said So you are saying anyone less than a high tier opponent cannot heal this wound?

Not exactly, more that it requires an equivalent level of power to that of the one who inflicted the wound. For example if you got a group of low level healers to work on you their combined efforts could certainly heal the wound if there was a sufficient number. Similarly a medium tier character who had help could likely manage to heal such a wound as well.

Skallagrim said You can cleave through someone else magical armor? That’s a bit much, equal tiered metals will resist the cut, requiring you to put effort into the fight. Define lesser beings. Are these low tier beings? Intermediate tier? If so then you can insta-kill anyone you happen to hit? Again a bit much.

Read it as minion tier beings. I can change it to say that allows of equivalent tier can put up resistance.

Skallagrim said Why are they affected and not given a chance to resist if they can? You need to reword this so it reflects that it can be resisted.

Edited the line in question. It's not supposed to be easy to resist though so I reflected that in the post.

Stronger beings that are not either immune or highly resistant to divine curses/ailments will be afflicted with a rot that slowly saps their strength unless they are healed of it.

Skallagrim said You say it enhances the physical strength and other attributes. How so?

You say this simply absorbs magic and adds to your own. Does this mean that you are able to absorb and negate any magical attack directed at you? If that is the case then this needs to be reevaluated to not be an absolute. Negating another person’s attack this way is a subtle form of dismissing their actions/attacks.

Bolded changes
Mriswring Armor (high): The Tyrant’s armor is described visually above. Due to advances and the nature of Mriswring a series of interlaced rods within the armor allow for him to draw upon the magic of leylines or any magic that his armor absorbs and use it to enhance his own physical attributes such as strength. Basically the rods can release magical energy to contribute to the force of his blows or give him a burst or strength in such a way. Further this system also makes the entirety of the body a suitable point for magical discharges. He can use these points to discharge magical energy stored up in the armor, such can be charged. Like all Mriswring his armor is most effective against magic as a portion of the magic is simply absorbed and then used to increase his own power as he sees fit. While low level attacks can at times be completely negated or absorbed it is possible to overwhelm the defense that his armor offers with suitable charged attacks or attacks of equal tier that he has not prepared for, though the magical resistance must always be calculated

Dropping the spear of durhz, it's not essential in anyway.
