Jorick is pretty level-headed and (usually) a good judge of character. I'd vote for him.
(Even though there's always the chance that power would corrupt his heart--if he has one--and we'd all be doomed except for maybe Sherlock)

Nah, I'll go reverse the ban in a day or so. Stupid as dolphin tits and such are, they're not worth a permanent removal from the site just yet.(Of course, that's assuming I actually remember to go and reverse the bans later... XD)
