Asher stirred, and groaned. He felt a sharp pain in his head as he regained consciousness. He lay there, confused, for several minutes, trying to figure out where he was. He remembered…buying movie tickets, sitting down… an explosion? These 3D movies were really getting out of hand. He tried to move and felt a pain in his torso and froze. The thought that he may have been impaled briefly crossed his mind. He tried to relax, then started by moving his fingers, up his arms, his toes, legs. His head pounded, and when it showed no sign of stopping he decided he had better move. He felt his chest and stomach, his shirt was sticky with blood and clung to him, but the cuts and scratches didn't seem severe, and he wasn't about to bleed out.

He heard screams. He heard his name.

"What?" he coughed. Dust filled his nose and mouth. Forget the blood if he stayed here much longer he'd suffocate.

With difficulty he dragged himself up out of a pile of wrecked theatre seats and slabs of plaster. He spotted the others one by one, and waved to let them know he was okay. Well, maybe not okay, but alive at least. He reached Leo first, who seemed to be in the best shape of them all, and gripped his shoulder for support as he fell to a coughing fit trying to clear his lungs.

"Those…special… effects," he wheezed, "I think we got the full experience. My god, Cassy!" He half-ran, half-stumbled to the girl and knelt beside Ray and David. "We've got to get her out of here--" he did a once-over of her wound, "Leave that in till we get her to safety. If we pull it out it'll bleed too much. Ray, get her legs." Asher slid his arms under Cassy's, trying to hold her back as straight as possible.

Between the two of them, they should be able to get her out without jostling her too much. If his head wasn't so muddled, he might have said something like "It's gonna be okay," but right now actions were more important than words. The logical side of his brain took over. It was all go go go.
Sorry! x3
Asher was the last to arrive, within five minutes of the start of the film. He wasn't worried, there was always at least twenty minutes of previews before the actual movie started. He joined the others near the concessions, but didn't buy any. They were overpriced, and he had a can of soda stuffed in his jacket pocket, plus they'd all probably grab something to eat on the way home.

"You shouldn't be so impatient Jack, I said I'd be here." He rolled his eyes, then gave his friend a playful shove. "Come on then, if you're in such a hurry." He took the lead into the theatre, selecting a row of seats in the middle, just behind the wheelchair spaces, and sat down, putting his feet up on the bar in front of him. He set his drink in the armrest holder and settled back.

"If anyone talks I am going to elbow you so hard," he said with a slight chuckle, but he was serious. People who talked during movies annoyed him to no end. Well, people annoyed him to no end, although some were more tolerable than others.
I'll post after class in a few hours.

So much for any hope of an intelligent discussion. 0/10 -- would not trust with a Crayola crayon, let alone a Waterhouse painting or a Van Gogh.

I met Leonardo Da Vinci in a video game once. He was pretty chill.

As I said I find it unfair to vote because I would vote for myself, so I will not vote like a dirty under handed shopi.

I'm voting, but I can't say that I will vote for myself if I deem that my opponent would potentially be the better mod.

I take offense to that.I still voted because I like the illusion that my decisions actually matter.

I personally am more familiar with the States but I watch a lot of British television so I could cope.

Also it's real easy to look up whatever information you might need to include in your posts on the interwebs for either place.
