Kaioken PL Requirement: 8k
(x2 your previous Kaioken PL everytime you add a multiplier to your Kaioken)
(Any PL) Great Ape = 10x base
1.5M False Super Saiyan = 25x base
3M Super Saiyan = 50x base
6M Ascended Super Saiyan = 75x base
12M Ultra Super Saiyan = 150x base
24M Mastered Super Saiyan = 200x base
30M Legendary Super Saiyan = 150x base
60M Super Saiyan 2 = 100x base
480M Super Saiyan 3 = 400x base
600M Golden Great Ape = 1000x base
4.8B Super Saiyan 4 = 4000x base
(Just five pure hearted saiyans to give you energy) Super Saiyan God = 20,000x base

He'd fly above the city, staring at the citizen people/persons driving across in their vehicles (or hovering vehicles, if you were that rich) below, wondering why they have the inability to harness their ki to fly.

Bio: He'd have a well made melee styled move list as well as a few powerful ki attacks.
He'd have a neutral face of a close straight face with his eyes always having bags under them for no real reason, his musclemass is that of a fit adult man, he'd wear a black and white gi (a lightweight, two-piece, usually white garment, in this case black and white worn by martial-arts participants, consisting of a Yellow trim loose-fitting pants and a wraparound jacket with cloth belt.) He'd have hair that would spike out of the sides a bit and go down to the halfway point of his neck, He'd wear black sandals with black ankle and wrist braces

There's a few rules, no doing actions that you cannot do, no godmodding (unless permitted) and no unspecified attacks, for example: instead of saying "He'd dodge" say "He'd sidestep left/right"
