oops. Sorry It slipped my mind but I did read the rules. Anyway it's there now.
Name: Samuel Walters (also goes by the alias of Bullet Time)
Occupation:PMC(Private Military Company) commander
Nationality: American
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Alma Mater: high school education (However he has done extensive personal research into military tactics and armaments)
Personality: Samuel is an intelligent man with an ego to show it. He believes he can't be wrong (not literately but he acts like it). He's more or less fearless and very aggressive. Life is a game to him and he plays to win. He is always looking for ways test his strategic and combat skills.
Brief Bio: Sam grew up in a low income area in New York City. He learned from a young age that people respected strength. He would frequently get into fights with other kids. He was good at fighting and he loved it. He got involved with gangs and dealt drugs. He didn't use them himself. He did it to challenge himself to get away with it and the money was a good bonus.
Once he graduated high school and it was time to get a real job Samuel joined the US Army. Shorty after joining he was sent to the front lines of a conflict in an unstable African country. The US was providing aid to the countries government to stop a local warlords attempt to take over. Unlike most soldiers Sam enjoyed warfare. He enjoyed knowing he could die at any minute. On the front lines the US wasn't only force on the governments side. There was also a private military company called Silver Talon. During a joint operation Samuel got to work with some of the members of Silver Talon. Sam loved seeing how they operated. They were far less strict and much more cavalier than the US forces. Also they were better payed. After the OP the commander of the company offered Samuel a job. He couldn't refuse.
As soon as he was able Samuel terminated his contract with the US Army and joined up with Silver Talon. He did very well in the company and was eventually promoted to a leadership role. It was there that he proved his prowess as a commander. The fellow company members were amazed by how calm he could remain in battle and how fast he was able to create new strategies. They gave him the nick name Bullet Time.
Over the years Sam experienced many conflicts in many countries. He and Silver Talon became close. Eventually when the commander retired he took his place. Years went by and the minor conflicts Sam involved himself in began to bore him. He wanted something more dangerous. Something more grand. Then UNKRCI was formed and Samuel saw his chance. He immediately offered the services of Silver Talon to the group. After all they were a UN force which was low on man power. They needed PMCs to operate effectively.
other: no brown M&Ms. Samuel trained himself to fly a helicopter. He deemed this a necessary part of leading his troops. Having an overhead view put things into a better perspective. Also he wouldn't want to sit off in some bunker giving his men orders via radio. He needs to be close to the action.

Forum: Casual Roleplay
I'm kinda surprised more people aren't signing up. It's a cool idea and also characters are supposedly going to be killed off pretty often so you don't need to commit yourself long term.
I'm interested.

Abilities: Alchemy(alteration of various elements. In the anime Edward usually either uses this ability to make weapons out stone, metal, or his arm, and to make pillars jut out from the ground.)
Personality:Very intelligent, arrogant, short tempered, yet deep down kind hearted.
Appearance: Though in his teenage years he's very short for his age. He has an automail(robot basically) arm and leg.
Affiliations: Alphonse Elric, Izumi Curtis, Van Hohenheim
Notes: I hope it's okay that Alphonse is tagging along. Ill try to keep his involvement to a minimum. Basically ill have him remain back at home base when everyone else is doing stuff.

This is kind of a stretch but how about Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist. I know technically he doesn't have superpowers but alchemy from that series is just as good. Also I would have to find a way to adapt the character to fit the setting but that shouldn't prove too difficult.
Okay fair enough. Ill pick another character.
The character is Walter C Dornez from hellsing. I wanted to do kid Walter who was shown in the final two volumes of the manga and in the prequel manga "Hellsing: The Dawn". Now while I would have to change the back story I would try to stay true to spirit of the character.
