Ahahaha! "Oh my god, hello, please let us love you." That's exactly how I would have been xD Man, that sounds like it was amazing. What a way to start of the show!

Oh wow, Rocky Horror sounds very interesting xD There's a movie version isn't there? Should I watch that? And yup I read Perks of Being a Wallflower TWICE because its so good x) It seriously is one of my favorite books. If the movie got to you, prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions from the book. Highly recommended.

Thank you! I had a little Canon Powershot that I took everywhere I went during the entire trip and just tried to document everything. I took over two thousand pictures during that one month, which I know sounds a little excessive haha. I wanted to remember everything. Unfortunately, despite all those pictures, I never took a photo of the bath at the Youth Center D: I don't know why, I just never thought to do it! Dx I can picture it perfectly though. That picture of a bath on my thread is from a hotel we stayed at in Tokyo, which was much smaller. The stools and shower heads looked very similar though.

Haha, that's true, I do get some compensation for miserably long shifts. What no fair spending the entire day reading stop bragging Dx I wanna do thaaaattttt ;_; ...What were you reading? x)
Oh yeah, I think it would be less messy then x) Not sure, but I think I know that from watching Law and Order SVU haha. They somehow know when cuts are made postmortem because the wounds don't squirt out blood when the heart's not pumping. Ahh, thank you countless hours of SVU for this disturbing knowledge x)
Yeah, that's about what I expect when people say high-casual versus advanced. Of course, you have to be careful and read their posts, because unfortunately they might just be rambling without saying much heh.

Aw man, that's probably true. Eck, that would be super gross and messy xP
Thanks, I really enjoyed your post too! I already knew you'd be a great partner because I went ahead and stalked your previous posts before I responded to your interest check lol xD

Oh yeah, I was wondering about that symbol. It looks perfectly witchcrafty/satanic :D
No sooner had the last boy shouted Lilika’s name, when all of a sudden, a tremendous, terrifying sound exploded around them. Shards of glass flew in every direction, making them cower instinctively and cover their heads, several of them cursing as bits of glass cut into their skin.

“What the hell was that??” somebody cried out, stumbling toward the doorway.

“Was that a fucking earthquake??”

“Goddamn it, how do we get out of here??”

The boys had already started sprinting out of the room, tripping over themselves and the furniture hidden in the darkness. Jace moved to follow them but gave a sharp cry as something hot burned against his wrist, pulling him backward. He gave his arm a hard tug and realized that there was a something attached to it. He couldn’t see what is was in the dim light and he was too terrified out of his mind to really care, he just wanted to get out of this house.

Jace dragged himself forward, his right arm flung backward, pulling whatever weight that was behind him forward. He reached the doorway with difficulty and realized with a horrible sinking feeling that his friends had already vanished. He thought he heard a door slam somewhere and he gave a shudder. He was totally alone now.

Or so he thought.

Jace winced as he felt the sting of his sliced palm again. He looked down at his hand, gingerly opening it to take a peek at the injury. This time, the moonlight from a window across the hall shown on him, and he was able to see what had been wrapped around his wrist. It was a metal cuff. And attached to the cuff was a long, heavy chain. He could feel the weight of it as he lifted his arm. After a second of staring at it with a stunned expression, Jace began pulling on it with his other hand, trying to take it off. It was no use, the cuff was too tight to slip over his hand. He growled with frustration and pain as he tugged on it harder, only succeeding in pressing the metal painfully into his skin. At last he gave up and began looking frantically for something to pry it off.

At that moment, he turned around and saw her. The shock of it made him start, and he fell backward onto the floor. He was too stunned to say anything at first. His mouth just sort of hung open. He began gesticulating as if he were trying to get something out.

“H-Hey!! W-Who are you, w-what’re you doing here?” he demanded finally, his fear making him sound aggressive. “And why the hell did you put this on me??” He scrambled to his feet and raised his arms defensively. But as he finally got a good look at the girl, his arms lowered a little and he blinked. He was immediately struck by how familiar she looked. “Who are you..” he repeated suspiciously. And suddenly he knew who she was, or at least, who she looked like.

She was the spitting image of the girl in the photo.
Nah, just two x) It was Les Miserables that I saw at the Queen's Theater in the West End. You got to go backstage before the show?? That's awesome! What was that like?

I've never seen Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I remember it from reading Perks of Being a Wallflower. It was featured on Glee too! I'd love to go to a show and dress up and all that haha xD

Ahhh, I should, shouldn't I?? This is time to travel, before I get locked into a career x) Starting over there would be an absolute dream come true, but I think I need to brush up my language skills first lol. If I did do the JET program, I think I'd want to do for just a year or two, and then come back to the US. I don't know, as much as I love to travel, I don't think I could give up the perks of living in the US, at least not permanently.. Who knows though, maybe I'll go work in some other country and fall in love with it and become an ex-pat haha. Here's that thread btw.

Yeah, that's cuz the unemployed life is pretty good xP xD
"Can you believe that? Must be some kind of weird satanic cult thing."

Mila had hesitated for a moment, before making some sort of vague sound of agreement. “Mm. It’s certainly…unusual.” She cleared her throat lightly. “I wonder if they’ll ever catch the person responsible.” She saw Charlie glance at her, but for once she avoided meeting her eyes. She was bothered by the look of disgust and awe on the girl’s face – more than she should have been. In fact, Mila should have been entertained by the irony of it all. Instead, it felt like a veil had been pulled back on a very unpleasant truth. She felt uncomfortably exposed.

Luckily, watching Charlie’s expression as she struggled briefly to open the wine bottle was a pleasant distraction. Mila’s own face cracked a smile at her roommate’s cute victory grin as she finally managed to pop the cork. She never ceased to be adorable. Mila took the offered wine glass and lifted it, as if to take a sip. She peered at Charlie from over the top of her drink, the corner of her mouth quirking up again when she spotted that unconscious nibble at her lip. “I like it,” she said, meaning the wine. “Good choice.”

"Just so you know, I can be a bit of a wimp at times," she heard Charlie say as the eerie music began to play. Mila looked over at her and gave her a playful smirk. “Aw~” she cooed, “I might have to tease you about that.” Her voice dropped lower as the movie opened on the first scene. “Good thing there are a few pop out moments in this~”

For the first few minutes of the movie, all she could think about was thought of Charlie burying her face into her shoulder at some scary scene, and how she would have to resist the urge to draw her in closer. It was better to dwell on something else instead, something that didn’t whet her appetite. Like the silly weaknesses of the vampire in the film. Sensitive to sunlight, repelled by garlic, all this nonsense about wooden stakes through the heart. How inconvenient it would be not to be able to use a mirror. Fortunately her occasional chuckles could easily be attributed to the cheesy dated acting.

But there were a few scenes, the ones that made the movie a classic, that seriously tested her resolve. They had reached the part of the film when the vampire had the girl in a backward embrace, her body limp and yielding to his caresses as he hovered over her neck. In her mind, the actress’s face dissolved into Charlie’s, her mouth forming something similar to that “O” shape she’d seen when she’d surprised the girl earlier.

Suddenly she felt Charlie’s eyes on her.

Even without turning to look at her Mila could tell that her roommate was watching her closely. The flickering light from the television played across the vampire’s sharp features as she continued to stare at the screen, her attention divided between the girl’s staring eyes, the impending bite on the sceen, and the drunken sway of bloodlust clouding over her senses. Had it not been so dark, her roommate might have seen how black her pupils had become as Mila slowly glanced over at her. The dim light did little to impair Mila’s vision, however; she was very much aware of Charlie’s large, curious eyes and the warm pulse beneath her skin. The vampire met her gaze steadily. Her posture was languid, eyes half-lidded – the only sign of tension was in her jaw, which was faintly flexing.

“…I wonder why vampires are so popular,” she said, her voice smooth and deep. That tended to happen when the frenzy started coming on. It was as if her body did everything in its power to be more attractive, all the better to lure the innocents. “Books, movies, tv shows, they’re everywhere.” The actress on the screen let out a little gasp as the vampire sank his teeth into her neck. Mila’s eyes flickered in response as she continued to look at Charlie. “She seems to like it, doesn’t she.” A smile now would have revealed two long fangs sharp enough to pierce the skin. But her expression at the moment was impassive.
