Hey my dudes, I forget about this site a lot. Btw, to the people who know me, if you want me number ask me cause I forget to communicate unless its on text or skype?? AND yes I am staying in Alabama because of instate benefits and all. (Plus all the other art schools are WAY too expensive.)
Trick pressed his fingertips together as he listened. He grinned, raising his eyebrows. "Exactly," he said. "Nothing is impossible if you want it bad enough." He hopped to his feet and walked past her, towards a workbench that some metal cube and a bunch of tools. He dug through a drawer before pulling out a simple silver band. "But why take a pill when you could have something that could be turned off and on?" He asked, rhetorically. "Hold out you wrist."
Trick smiled and nodded back. He turned back towards the warehouse then flicked his wrist, a key appearing between his fingers. He unlocked the door, letting it swing open. The lights were off which made the room very dark, but once they stepped in, the entire room lit up. The metal of his inventions and gadgets glinted in the light. The small place that he called his 'office' was organized yet cluttered at the same time. He walked over to his desk and dropped his bag next to rolled up blueprints. "If you could have any weapon or gadget: what would it be, what would it do and why?" He asked, sitting down in the rolling chair and looking up at her.
Trick led her down the sidewalk for a few blocks without a saying a word the entire time. He finally stopped in front of a small warehouse, well as far as small warehouses go. He spun around and looked at her. "Alright, before I show you this, you have to swear not to tell anyone about it," he stated. One of the big reasons he was acting so trusting towards her was because he didn't care if anything happened to (and I mean anything) and if she did try something then someone, most likely Lacy, would avenge him.
Lacy waved bye as the two left. She shook her head slightly. "That boy is too nice," she muttered to herself.
Trick was waiting at the bottom of the steps for Helena, his green face mask now covering his mouth and nose once again. Once he saw she had followed him, he turned to face the sidewalk and began walking. It seemed that he wasn't going to give her any hints as to where he was leading her. As he walked, he casually shoved his hands into his pockets.
Trick looked to physical cringe. Good simple weapons but they were so... amateur. "Um, well," he stuttered. "You know what? I'm going to upgrade your gadgets, come with me." He just turned around and walked towards the door, expecting Helena to follow him. Lacy raised her eyebrows at him walking away before looking back towards the other woman. "I suggest you follow unless you want to annoy him," she murmured.
Trick thought about this and nodded in agreement. "Maybe. It could also hurt my rep, but," he stated. "I couldn't give less of a sh*t. And she'll sleep with anyone, either way." He jabbed his thumb towards Lacy in gesture for the last bit. She opened her luth to say something before rolling her eyes and shrugging. It's not something she could argue. "So when's the last time you updated your belt?" He asked, crossing his arms.
Trick smiled slightly at her. "Your welcome," he responded. "And I'm still not exactly sure on how she does, but it works for this purpose well enough." As to what exact purpose he was talking about, he wouldn't say. "Now all you have to do is get the police officers off your tail." Lacy was picking at her nails when he mentioned cops. "Oh, I can help with that," she said, smiling at them. "But only if you want me to though." Trick turned his head towards her and narrowed his eyes at her behind his hard to see through goggles.
The vision ended. It has short and sweet but very important to Trick's decision. Helena's vision would go black again then faded back to reality. Trick has standing behind the couch with his face mask pulled down and Agent's belt in his hand. He didn't have much expression on his lips. "Here, good guy," he joked. Lacy had put out her cigarette and was perched with her feet underneath her in the armchair across from the couch.
Lacy smirked. Trick gestured towards the couch and said, "Sit." While this was going on, Lacy dug out a cigarette and a lighter out of the draw of the bar's drawers. She lit it then walked over to couch with the cig between her lips. Once Helena was seated, she took the cigarette and blew the smoke into Helena's face before whispering something in a very different and unknown language. The woman's vision would black out then the darkness would fade into mist. Through the mist, a path lit up in front of her that branched out into three sections. "Choose a road," Trick's voice could be heard through the mist.
