Just to throw in my 1 cent regarding star system, progression is all fine and dandy, but I'd suggest non-GM player characters are capped at a max of 2 star rank, at least at the start. Seeing as only the only 3 star uniforms were given to the four generals, putting a normal player in such a powerful plot role might not be the grandest idea
