XD Maybe we need to give you a headache more often. That was legitimately one of the best attempts at making a card you've had. And you even fell more in line with OGG than usual.
I think I'll give it the green light, then but once we see it in action, if it requires a place on the ban-list, we'll move it appropriately.
@Charak: So why do you not make your cards less OP'd like this?
I honestly feel like "Counterattack" MIGHT be conditional enough to be fair. I mean, when you think about it, it would only be useful under very specific conditions. Honestly, the best situation for that card to be used is if your opponent controls "Red Dragon Archfiend" and you control "Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei". This means that rather than your opponent taking 500 damage and you losing your monster, it's your opponent losing their monster. Srsly, best case scenario I can think of. It's like Yusei's "Counterattack Beacon". Only time that thing worked was conditional as crap.

I don't know. I'll let UE judge and we'll see

And although the art you found is cool, Eklipse, I'm hoping you recognize that "Ultimate Warrior" is too much of an uber to be accepted. Only reason I let the "Demon Lords" in is because it takes four turns to get the big one out, and before he comes, it's not too hard to destroy the others. (Especially if you're Charak with all his attack negation power)

However, congratulations on creating your first card. Now, let's talk business. If you need help making cards, I'll be more than happy to offer my services. Simply PM me, and we'll get to work.

EDIT: Actually, when Scar made "Counterattack, I realize now that he just made the absolute best way to beat "Demon Lord LV4" before he can pull out LV6+.
First four of the "Prism Knights" are up in the first post. They has lots of Level- and Scale-warping effects.

Also, "Demon Lords" are up, but I don't yet have their support stuff.
"Devilish Slot Machine" is good.

Still not sure on "Final Judgment". Usually die rolls leave both players with an equal chance of being hit with the same downside. More chance-y and more suspenseful.
Random Number Generator

And that card is too OP. Usually dice rollers have a chance of doing something a little less beneficial for the controller if they roll the wrong number.
It's preferred. I mean, I won't say you absolutely have to. As I said, though, if it's because you're unfamiliar with it, come up with just two Ignis monsters for your first few Duels. For example, Yusei used "Junk Warrior" as his only Extra Deck monster for quite a while except for a couple of times with "Nitro" until he got "Stardust Dragon". Of course, there were others that he'd occasionally use, but for the most part, you could just stick to one card for a while and just throw in a couple others where necessary.

However, if you wanted to make use of Mono-Tuning and/or a little bit of general Synchro Summoning in some form, that would be awesomes, too.
Hmm . . . goes through some tough crap, looks like he's got some scars . . . I say go with Kizu for part of the name, or some variation of it. Kizu is a Japanese word used in describing a number of injuries.
Verily nice effect on zhat "Disciple". Verily intimidating.

And that's good, Manga, though if there are any cards in it that were unique and impossible to duplicate in the Anime, then you might not be able to use certain cards. If too many of them fit that, I can help you figure out replacements if you want. Just PM me the Deck list and I'll go over it with you :)
