Victoria Volz set in a corner of the shuttle sleeping, using her military issued duffel bag as a pillow. That duffel bag contained every single possession she owned except for two things, knives she had strapped to her arms hidden under her sleeves.

Before she went to sleep she checked everyone out and counted the number of ways to kill them with absolute ease. Only one person there she considered a real threat based purely on physical appearance, but she learned early in life that even scrawny people could be lethal with the right training or with the right motivation so she learned to treat everyone as a potential lethal threat.

I was curious if you could name the others. I don't really follow Marvel outside of the toons and movies so other than the ones I already named I couldn't figure the others out.

I say go with the standard military rankings. I have a list I made for all the American military ranks for all the branches from the lowly grunt to the most powerful officer.

X-men: Order of Heracles

After being told to engage in normal operating procedures. "Engaging pacification protocol." Iron Man flew to the sky and began shooting prisoners with basically a stun ray which was the Repulsors on an extremely low setting.

After pacifying all that she could from the sky she cut all thrusters and dropped to the ground. Once the cloud of dust settle Iron Man was it's signature pose.* Standing up Iron Man began shooting other prisoners. Since no one thought it a good idea to give Iron Man any details on who was attacking Topanga was forced to find them on her own by scanning each person individually but the place was big and she hadn't found any yet. This led Topanga to one conclusion, the Order's base and membership must be bugged. They expected an obedient lap dog robot so that is what she will deliver at least on the surface.

The only female relatives I have seen for Justin Hammer is his daughter (Justine) and granddaughter (Sasha).

None of them were turned into mutants or more accurately mutates.

Shane Lee (Earth-928) article at Marvel Database describes Ferrokinesis as the total control over ferrous metals, allowing him to reshape, liquify, and magnetically levitate metal objects.

Max Eisenhardt (Earth-616) article at Marvel Database describes Magnetokinesis as the comprehensive control over all forms of magnetism and utilizes that control to manipulate ferrous metals and achieve a variety of effects.

The Magnetokinesis category page has this single line of text: Characters who can manipulate magnetic or electromagnetic fields. Another name for Ferrokinesis.

Magneto is just a lot more limited than Shane Lee in his ability.

Technically Magneto doesn't have Ferrokinesis. He has Magnetokinesis.

Correct me if I am wrong but Vanko was never in the X-Men movie franchise just the Marvel Cinematic Universe which is totally separate.
