Drew do you have a problem with metagaming? The name of the person ordering was not Cyber Knight, so there is absolutely no way for Plastic Man or anyone on the team to know she ordered it.
If anyone was to ask Cyber if she ordered she would deny it, like how it is a "mysterious billionaire" funding the League. Batman would figure it out if he had cause to. I don't see any Batman types on the team capable of deducing that Cyber ordered the pizza.

Any power that starts with "omni-" has the potential to make character over-powered/near invulnerable. Like Shard suggested, I would definitely consider giving your character some cons/weaknesses so your character actually appears mortal.

That would be metagaming (I think that is the word). No one would know until the pizza arrives and no one imo should know it was Cyber based on the name.
Don't expect typical pepperoni & deluxe type pizzas. Picture those super fancy kinds that cost like 30 bucks for a large.
Did anyone notice that Cyber used the first name of one person on the team and the last of another person?
