Post is up! Pacman, Tae, I hope it's okay I allude to Estelle and Lisette going after Dylan and Xandra to look for Don. ^^ Lemme know if you guys want me to change anything about that though.

@Kathi: Ahh. Okay, I must've missed that rule hahaha, thanks for bringing that up. Still feels kind of off, but if those were the rules already clarified, then I'm not gonna press for changes now when that's already been settled. XD; Yeah pretty much what Pacman said, to be honest. .-.

Thaum: Bugtanical Gardens (Group A)

Trixie reveled in the success of her stupid plan, especially after Xandra ruffled her hair and dubbed her a hero. Any celebration was cut short however, as another scream resounded further down the path - a voice that could only belong to Don. With a sigh, Dylan suggested to split - they needed to keep an eye on their catch, but Don could not be trusted wandering out there alone in the creepy, buggy wildlife.

The prankster still held her tiny net against the molten leech monster all the while, her eyes mesmerized by its bubbling, goopy remainders. "Uhhh. I'll, uh. I'll stay here. To make sure no one takes our points, cuz that'd be cheating. And... uh... I dunno guys, I'm not good at pep talks."

Seeing that Xandra took off after Dylan as well, Trixie motioned for the remaining two girls to go after them, exaggerating her eyes and head movements. "It's coo' guys, I got this. Just, uh, just come back here when Superbro's safe and sound? Or, or, or call for me if you guys find anything bigger!" If either of the two girls offered to stay behind with her, Trixie would continue to roll around her head like a loony and beg them to go on - after all, they're just a bunch of bugs, how bad could they be? It's totally not like the leech monster tried to melt them with acid spit or anything.

Trixie watched as the others charged off out of sight, before returning her attention to the subdued leech. She puffed her cheeks and repositioned her feet for an even firmer stance. "Down, boy! Down. S, stay. Staaay. ... Staaaaaaay..."

Thaum: Colosseum (Group B)

Something sticky tapped her shoulder - Amy turned to see mister macho sitting right behind them. With a shudder the cleric pulled away from Jeff, her twitching hand threatening to slap the gladiator across his bitch face if he tried touching her one more time. If anything she was more startled the monster of a man wasn't down in the ring with them, but she didn't bother to ask about it.

"Guilders, not traveling warriors," Amy said sharply, listening as well to the announcer's voice in the background. Of course their team was falling behind all the others. Of course. She wasn't even going to bother thinking how they would fare in a 'real' competition if they flustered around like this already. Her chin rested back in her palm, though she diverted her eyes from the battlefield. After what happened in Weir months ago, she still wasn't quite comfortable yet watching them dismantle wolves again. "Most of us are magic users. With that banned, I'm not too surprised to see things turning out the way they are."
Feel better soon, Pacman!

Also Orpheus,
Orpheus said The lunging wolf fell to the ground, a gaping wound spread across its neck. The blood was already staining the light brown fur a crimson red.

I know you haven't been around for long enough, but could you perhaps edit this bit out? To say Lute knocked out the wolf rather than outright killed it instead (since a neck-slash is bound to leave it dead). Chapter 5 focused a lot on the morality of not killing animals, so personally it felt a bit uncomfortable/out of place to have this happen - basically the guilders going after animals and killing them, not to protect each other but for sport. It feels really anti-guildy to see Lute kill a wolf straight up like that, if that makes any sense. ^^;;

Sorry if this is nitpicking; just thought we should probably get that clarified in advance. Idk someone else can pitch in a word or two about it if they disagree I suppose haha.

EDIT: Just finished reading and starting to write now, sorry it's taking so long. Stella and Jack were trying to bite each other so I had to step in and hfjdgd
Hmmm, does Monster Mansion from the Street Passing Mii games count? XD If so I'd be kicking ass, omg. <3 puzzle games. (1) and (2) for pics.

Had a good sleep-in this morning, since I'm splitting my shifts between today and tomorrow. I had such a good sleep. |D ALSO I FOUND MY NOTES. They were under my pillow. @_____@ lmfao! Thanks for all the good lucks, you guys!

Gonna read and write a post!

EDIT: Sorry for the afk. We have five dogs at our house right now. @________________@ (Riley and Joey (mine), Leo, Jack, and Stella). holy fuck it's like a zoo in here
Post is up and fully edited, wahoo~

Thanks Tae, I do too. T__T In the meantime I'm gonna head off to work and mope for a few hours, orz. Hope you have a good sleep-in! That goes for anyone else catching some z's and relaxing this weekend too, haha!

Thaum: Bugtanical Gardens (Group A)

Trixie reached out for her superbro as he scampered off deeper into the garden the second they were met with what looked like an enormous leech. Estelle had the right idea in mind, prepping her net as if it were a spear, preparing to take down that monster and capture it as if it were a collectible. Despite its size trumping that of their nets.

As Xandra dashed to retrieve the larger net Dylan brought to life, the monster began to gurgle something nasty before spewing green slime at the Pride. Undeterred, Trixie took off with her smaller net towards the leech, completely dodging its slow attempts to thwart its captors. "Xanny, Supersis! I'll attack his weak points for massive damage! Then you guys go around and capture him and stuff!"

Oh omelets, it felt so cool to shout orders like this, even if they weren't the brightest things that came out of her mouth. Then again, that was pretty normal for Trixie.

She reached the leech's side, and the leech let out a mighty, gurgly roar, lifting its head even higher and wriggling its scrubby sausage legs. That's when she knew - that's when she knew it was her turn to strike. "Hiyaaaah!" Trixie let out a battlecry as she whacked the creature on its side. Of course, it didn't fit entirely into the net, since the net's circumference was smaller than the leech's thickness, but Trixie was smart enough to realize this. So instead of forcing the net further into the leech, she pulled back from the leech's jiggly skin and whacked it again.

Once more its skin jiggled, rippling like a rock skipping across a pond.

Silently and almost quizzically, the leech turned to look at Trixie, its legs still squiggling and squirming, as the prankster pulled back and whacked at it a third time. It was probably going to spew some more acidic saliva once it realized what the fool was doing, though Trixie was far too carried away to even think about it.

"Guys! Guys, it's weakened! Capture it now before it faints!"

She paid no mind to any other monsters in the vicinity, including the giant spider inadvertently summoned by Don's frenzy.

Thaum: Colosseum (Group B)

The hesitation put on by Syed and Lucien off the bat was anything but reassuring, but at least Moira was there to make up for the shifty confidence. Even when their own team was announced on screen, Amy hesitated to do any other cheering than a slow clap, during which she looked to Selan for her reaction.

It was then that the wolves were released. "Hm? Wolves, huh?" Amy leaned forward in her sticky seat, elbow on her knee and chin in her hand. Lute readied his sword and Aria charged forth first, as a wolf pounced after Moira. Then the two nervous boys found themselves cornered and, oh Gods. Amy's face slid into her hand, shielding one eye from view completely. "Tell me when this is over."
Okay I'm back! I'm a bit despaired atm because I lost over eight pages worth of notes that I wrote for my lit/writing class, and I'm having zero luck finding them. And I remember absolutely none of what I had written since everything was jotted down three days ago. I even dug through my garbage bin this morning, which I might have to do again later if they don't turn up soon. :/

At any rate, I'm gonna catch up on reading then write a post now! Hope I didn't keep anyone waiting.
Feel better soon Tae!! :c

Fo,x no worries about Amy/Selan on my end. I look forward to how the battles then out :)

I have a few things to tend to this morning but I'll be back in two hours or less from now (assignment's due in said two hours, plus I've got work this morning so I can't fall back asleep either lol). If anyone wants to post in the meantime, shoot and I'll just go after haha. ^^ I'll update once I'm back.
Haha, sweet! Nice to see another one interested :D

Thanks for taking me in so readily! *A* I'm stoked! Hahaha. I'd imagine he'd mess up with his flames here and there with singeing some things, like flower petals or setting someone's hair briefly aflame (they're small sparks so they wouldn't last long) xD, but I wouldn't let him have any superpower or anything. ^^

I hadn't really thought that though to be honest @ baseball cap; I should have clarified actually haha! It's made of leaves or petals of some sort, versus anything modern; I have the texture in mind (kinda smooth but a bit thick), though not the name of the fiber/type. Probably a flower that can last in heat haha! I'll figure it out before the RP kicks off, unless you have any suggestions? :)

Sorry it's kinda long; I wanted to make sure I covered all the points you brought up in your opening haha!
