The fast healing seems like horseshit, but I don't know enough about biology to be able to give you a solid answer. Also, the zargans seem super fucking over-engineered. Evolution is not "the best wins", it is "as long as you are good enough you get to breed", so i find it hard to believe there was selective pressure for all this shit.

Problem one: your planet has a fucking retarded mass, which presents problems of orbit and likelyhood of formation, not to mention magnetic shenanigans or what have you. Your people are way too tall to live on a planet with 3x gravity - there is no way things would evolve that height, there is no reason, as it would become ridiculously inefficient on a 3x gravity planet.
