Jeffery reaches his hand out and shakes hers, "I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Jeffery nice to meet you," he says returning the smile. "I had the same dream too and unfortunately I can't very well sneak back in there without getting caught, and if I get caught I'm done for. Better to be off without a word then not go on this quest at all, I'll probably send them an e-mail from a library computer or something, at least I have my wallet and," checks his wallet real quick, "fifty bucks."

Hoping Liz doesn't bring up the topic at a later date, Jeffery bids her farewell. Instead now he locates Thomas and decides right now it's best to stick with someone you know. He especially thought this when he heard that Roxy, leader of the Sedition, had knives on her. He walks over to where Thomas was, "Hey Thomas I just wanted to introduce myself to Liz real quick." He then realizes who Thomas is talking to, "I didn't figure you for much of a lady's man when I first met you Thomas," he lets out a short laugh too but didn't want to seem to rude.

Jeffery listened to each and every introduction given, however if you looked at him you would almost think he was asleep. In reality, however, he was thinking, playing the whole argument in his head over and over. He never truly forgave himself for that fight but it seems the teacher did, either that or she is just hiding rage. This is one fight Jeffery will remember his entire life, but only as a regret. He was also getting a feel for his classroom and classmates, trying to see how much he offended them so he knew who to apologize to privately.

"I'm sure you would have done fine as a greeter," he says, after he says this he looks at the table and sees his sleeve is about halfway up his arm and he pulls the sleeve down very hastily. He realized instantly that he's still talking to someone and there's nothing he can do to distract from the obvious action. He just shuts up and waits to see if she noticed.

Sen jumped a bit, startled by the sudden burst of noise. Her hand over her chest she turned to glance at the boy. "Oh. You startled me.." She said a bit suspiciously. 'What could he want?' She thought to herself. Her eyes drifted to his hand, a glow resonating from it. "Wait." She said putting two and two together. "...are...you....?" Maybe she shouldn't say it. She looked around the cool night air. It could be dangerous to speak about in fact he could be one of those evil things. Couldn't be, he had the mark. She held up her glowing hand then she gestured to the mark. "Are you....like me?"

"Of course," he said holding his hand up showing the symbol of Libra a little more obviously. "I thought I was gonna have to search for days to find someone else like me, who knew one was sitting a few blocks from my house." After he says this he realizes that he has a bag and all he has are the clothes he's wearing and a knife in his pocket. "Damn I forgot to bring supplies in my haste," he realizes that's not all he forgot. "I forgot to leave a note for my parents!"

Liz blushed when the boy introduced himself. She was never comfortable talking to others but it was harder to talk to boys then anyone else. "Thank you for choosing my group. I look forward to getting to know you and the others. My name is Liz. Which you already know. Sorry."

The last word made seemed oddly placed to Jeffery, "sorry about what exactly." He also noticed that she blushed when he started speaking, "I can tell your nervous and to tell the truth I am too. I mean today I've spoken more than I have in the past month." Jeffery paused and remembered yesterdays events, "not counting yesterday as I yelled at the guys that dragged me on that bus," he laughs a little bit remembering his reaction to the men dragging him from his room in the orphanage.

Jeffery tells Thomas he would catch up with him later and grabs his book bag and stands up from his seat. He saw the group leader of Halcyon, Liz, and remembered that he hadn't introduced himself yet. He wasn't much of a talker any way, but he thought he should talk to the group leader. He walked over to where Liz was sitting and said, "Hello my name is Jeffery, I thought I should introduce myself since you're the leader for Halcyon, the group I chose." While introducing himself he returned to a habit of scratching the back of his head, which is what he does when he's nervous while speaking to someone.

Sen strolled down the sidewalk, the cold breeze nipping at her bare legs. She regreted grabbing her short skirt instead of decent pants at this moment. A shiver rand down her spine, but she trudged on, pulling her hoodie over her hair. She glanced around, eyes scanning the darkness when she realized that she had know idea where she was going. With a deep sigh she slide to the ground, back propped against a tall wooden fence. "Now what do I do?" She mumbled to her self. Her eyes wandered to the mark on her hand. A warm golden glow burst from her hand. "W--what?" She said aloud, her eyes flew open.

As Jeffery walked along side the streets he notices how cold it is but he doesn't really mind, he has put up with worse before. During the start of his journey he sees a girl with a short skirt and a hoodie, but as soon as he sees her he realizes his hand had started to glow. "Hey! You, over there! Hey!" He yells to get her attention as he walks over, but while walking he realizes her hand is glowing also and he smiles, knowing he found another guardian.
