"DAMN IT!" Jeff yelled into the night running around the streets, "I was careless, I let my victim slip away!" He ran around the town hoping to find her again. After ten minutes he stopped and decided to lean against a building and started to laugh psychotically, "it's no matter I can always find another poor soul in this place." He continued walking down the middle of the street, looking for more people to slaughter. He found a young teen boy about 15 (he's an npc I made up) and Jeff grabbed him and covered his mouth, pushing him against the wall, "shhhhhhhhh," he said in an almost calming but creepy tone, while pointing the knife at his heart, "go to sleep." He stabbed this boy straight in the heart and laughed as he died, then continued on his way.

Jeff walked along the streets, looking for his newest victim when he spotted the body of a dead priest. He crouched down next to the dead body, "little bastard," he said. "Next time let me get the kill!" He exclaimed this as he jammed the knife into the dead priests heart, despite the fact that the priest was dead anyway. He continued to prowl along the streets when he saw a young girl in the distance (Chloe a.k.a. Jane). Jeff hid in a nearby building, deciding to stalk her until he was ready. Bloody knife in hand he watched as she walked the streets.

There's one thing Jeff loves his appearance and would never change it, he calls himself "beautiful."

"Hmm, I guess you're right but I don't have an answer to why I regret it," Jeffery leaned back a little bit and noticed the two siblings. 'There's one apology I'm going to have to get out of the way later,' he thought to himself, noting how the girl reacted after the argument. Jeffery turns back to Kazuya and asked, "did I just get put in the class with almost every part demon student or something?'

Academy (third times a charm) REBOOT!

"Oh boy actual school time, what fun," Jeffery tried to fit in as much sarcasm as possible. Jeffery does well in school but never really liked attending, so sometimes he didn't, but kept up with his grades anyway. Because of Jeffery's appearance and attitude about the school it could be easy to mistake him for a Sedition.

Wouldn't Jeff know what she looks like though, I mean a girl with bleach white skin and pure black eyes is very recognizable.

Abilities: He is inhumanly powerful when going for a kill
Weapons: a kitchen knife
Weakness: Even though he is powerful, he is still mortal and has weaknesses of a normal mortal. He absolutely loves the chase when attacking his victims, which sometimes allows them to escape.
Other: He's a crazy psychotic serial killer of course. He is awaiting the day Jane comes in an attempt to kill him.
Much shorter than most of my CS's because bio and appearance were taken care of by a link, also I know how Jeff acts but not too much personal info.

"Finally, this place is so warm I didn't realize how cold it was outside before this," Jeffery looks around trying to see what he should buy and what stuff was necessary. "If you guys have any money you might want to make sure your stocked up for this," Jeffery then grabs everything he needs, several packages of food, some bottled water, and a bag to store it in, plus he got one of those pay-by-the-minute cellphones, "and charge that phone bill to this account," he says writing down the information to his fathers account and handing it to the man at the counter.
