Personality: He is very easily angered is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is not a very nice or good person and is more likely to shoot you than talk to you.
Back story: Jackie Estacado was born into a mafia family. He worked for his uncle as a contract killer and when he inherited The Darkness, a demon that has been using men as a host since the beginning of time, on his 21st birthday his uncle had a surprise for him. He tried to kill Jackie. Jackie got back at him by blowing up his money stash, which only managed to get his uncle angrier. He sent one of his henchmen and shot the girl that Jackie was in love with. He hunted his uncle down but they brought flood lights, any type of light weakens Jackie when he uses the Darkness, but Jackie was able to blow everything up. After a strange experience in between life and death he came back. Jackie became the leader of his own mafia family and kept the Darkness suppressed for two years. He went to hunt down a mastermind trying to kill him, a man named Victor who led a cult trying to take the Darkness for themselves. After killing Victor he found a way to save the love of his life, he literally had to go to Hell. After he rescued her from the clutches of the Darkness he found out that she was taken over by the Angelus, the angel form of the Darkness, and she left him in Hell. This is when he first found the rifts and used them to escape Hell, and he wants to destroy it out of fear of want the Angelus would do when she finds it.

Other: When he uses the Darkness he is weak and disoriented when he is in light. He is a mafia boss and has a vast array of weapons, however currently has two mini Uzis and an AK-47. He has two demon arms which are the Darkness, the one on the right is for slashing/destroying things and the one on the left is for grabbing/throwing things.
