Skills/powers: faster and stronger than an ordinary human his age
Biography: Jeff's bio
Personalitly: Jeff is a sadistic killer with little regard to other people depending on who it is. If he were to encounter a normal person he would either stalk and kill them or ruthlessly attack them. He doesn't like to kill other creepypastas unless attacked first. There are a few exceptions as he and Jane fight whenever they meet each other and Zalgo is a major enemy.

Andrew laughed a bit at the pun, "he makes puns like that all the time. As for the monkey thing, I don't even know. It may have been an experiment just to see if it works. It was pretty funny though."

Animal Army

Allan had woken up a little later than the others. He had to be given a few sedatives to sleep through the entire operation. He woke up eventually, though, and was escorted to a gym by one of the guards. "Thank you, my friend," he said before entering the large room. The sight he was met with, however, was far from normal. He studied the group of humans and animals before deciding to present himself. "Hello my friends, my name is Allan and I am a killer." He was grinning the whole time, he took pride in his accomplishment.

Allan lived in a small town in the state of Oregon, mostly surrounded by forest. His parents were very religious and took him to church every Sunday, which Allan didn't care much for. Crime was not a common occurrence here so what happened was a huge shock. Allan was arrested for the murder of three teens at his school. When asked why he simply responded 'I didn't think I would get caught.' His parents still tried to help him through court but the amount of evidence, including surveillance footage, was too much for him to make a solid case. Eventually word about the gruesome murder spread around the country which got him recruited for the program.

"I don't make him sound like it, but he's one of the more brilliant doctors that work for us. As for 963 it's the amulet he wears, whoever wears it has there consciousness erased and replaced with Bright's." At this Andrew sighed in relief, "I'm glad I was never chosen for that job." He started chuckling a bit, "he used to be a monkey at one point."

"That and a tummy rub," he replied with a small laugh. "I have no idea why he's still here, that's an 05 decision. It could be that his consciousness is inside SCP-963."
