Bomb ~ The Raider tunnel complex entrance ~ Iron gate and Tunnel

"Beep! Beep!" Bomb ticked away cheerfully though the ticking was so silent it was doubtable anything but the wind knew of the sound Bomb was making. It was almost time! Oh gosh!~

There were rocks on Bomb hiding him from prying eyes but he could sense Iron Gate right next to him and couldn't wait to share his energy with him. Tunnel was also excited about the chance to redirect and amplify the sonic forces that were soon to be created by Bomb.

"Beep! Beep!" OH BOY...here we go...IT IS TIME!

Bomb exploded with joy freeing himself from the confines of his little IED prison bursting with an explosive velocity of 8,092 m/s. He freed Iron Gate from Tunnel's walls wrenching it from its stationary place of rest and flinging him in pieces further into Tunnel.

Tunnel felt so full of Bomb that he thought he'd burst too but Tunnel was sturdy and he directed the sonic forces outwards.

Average Joe Zombie ~ lingering around haplessly searching for his next meal

BOOM!

Dinner! Its the Dinner bell! Wooo!

Rush my brethren!

Around Joe Zombie dozens upon dozens of lingering undead brethren began to shuffle towards the loud sound with Joe at the lead. Soon they would all be tasting the delicious and tender flesh of the living...Oh the Joy! More brethren would soon join the ranks. Fresh ones too! Joe zombie was tired of his friends always falling apart on him, I mean really they should hold themselves together its only the end of the world after all.
Aleck ~ at the train tracks ~ Daniel and Shannon

"I followed the men who took her," Aleck replied. He didn't like the aura the man was emanating, he willed his body with all his might to force itself not to attack and kill the man. Aleck had incredible battle instincts that had saved him several times over and lowering his gun in the face of this man who appeared more than capable of killing felt like suicide and the will of force required to attack first was incredible. The things he did for a girl he barely knew - no that's not quite right. He had never felt any compulsion to protect or provide for anyone other than himself and his sister, he lived for her and nothing more the fact that Emma had wormed her way into his being was both unsettling and pleasing at the same time.

The reason he now was desperate to save her he now came to understand, he found his psyche on the verge of becoming unhinged in a way that frightened him. His sister had always been the pillar of his being, through her he dictated his morality and will to exist. He had now found his second pillar in Emma and his psyche had become unbalanced because this second pillar was no longer safe and like a board precariously placed between the two it began to lean and bend as its perch on the second pillar became unsure and unstable. He now wanted to protect her with his life to protect himself, in other words he now lived for the sake of two people and was not about to let either be harmed.

Remembering her he decided to take a peek at the walkie on his wrist which was his link to Emma and noted that the compass arrow had suddenly gone dead. That was not a good sign, whatever they were going to do needed to be done within the next hour. "I know the way and I have more knowledge about the place and people than you do at the moment."

"If you cannot trust me then you will never again see you sister," Aleck assured the man. "If I cannot trust you to trust me then tell me now so that I may be on my way and you can wander about aimlessly looking for a sister I assure you that you will not find in time to save her of her grim fate."

Aleck wasn't sure what exactly was going to happen to Emma or what was currently happening to her but he was sure that the brother would respond to his words and the way he said them.

"The second step you must take to show that you and I can work together is to listen to my plan and be ready because it needs to get done within the next handful of minutes..."
Aleck ~ at the tracks ~ Daniel Shannon

"Your sister is not with me," Aleck responded, surprised by the luck of finding this man, a blood relative of the young girl. "She was taken a while ago by a group of armed men."

He lowered his gun, the man would not shoot him, at least the probability was really low, lowering the gun also showed signs of trust and willingness to cooperate and right now he needed this man's abilities and vehicle, the woman...meat-shield?

"I can lead you to her," he said. "But first I need to know I can trust you and that we can work together because what I have in mind is going to require coordination. We can both start by putting away our guns."

he had already begun reformulating his plan, it was a simple improvement to his original idea only with more hands and guns at work.
Aleck ~ Walking back to the tracks

He had arrived at the raider camp and formulated a plan of invasion, he noted that he simply did not have enough to achieve his goal at hand and thus decided to look about to see if he could scrounge what he needed in time to save Emma from whatever agony she could potentially be suffering in that camp. The most important thing he needed was a working vehicle, hopefully a hummer if he could find one and if not anything with a motor and wheels would work just fine.

There had been some cars near the church so he decided to head back through the neighborhoods and cross the tracks to get there as quickly as possible.

"Emma..." Aleck had been running for a while when he heard the name once, the again moments later coming from the spot he had witnessed Emma's abduction. He hurried to that spot to find a car and two people there.

By now Aleck had tossed aside his pack, he had taken everything valuable in it and stuffed it into the multi pocketed coat he was wearing. He had the Sig Sauer rifle out and loaded pointing towards the two individuals on the tracks.

"Ho there!" Aleck called out. "My name is Aleck!"

He was weary, there were two of them and the man didn't seem to be average, he could judge people well and he was getting vibes telling him this man had warrior attributes, what kind they might be he wasn't sure but he'd put up a kind of a good fight if it came to it. The other one, she wasn't threatening except for that fact that at the moment she was an unpredictable variable.

"How do you know Emma?!" He called out centering on the man.
Aleck ~ Tracking Emma

Aleck hadn't picked up well on the yelling, he had heard it but it had been a whisper, what had not been a whisper were the gunshots and those shots belonged to the gun he had given Emma. He ran back towards the sounds, he had deduced her location and had taken care not to be seen, he hadn't gotten all that far from the group and managed to find Emma as she was being knocked unconscious.

He had wanted to right then and there pull out the rifle and gun down the group but he knew he didn't stand a chance against so many, not if he wanted to keep Emma alive during the gun fighting that is. So instead he watched on as the group grabbed Emma and another woman and took them away. He followed behind keeping out of sight. He brought out the walkie talkie as he dodged the sight of the raiders and noted that the directional tracker kept itself pointed at Emma, she must still have it with her! And if so then she would be near it when they would take it from her later at wherever it is that they were taking her.

He tracked her with greater ease now that he knew he could track her without having to see her. Being freed of visual tracking he started getting his gear ready, he wanted to make a bang when he got there, get in get out, everyone but him and Emma hopefully get hurt.
Aleck ~ train tracks ~ Emma and lynn

This girl didn't even know where the pregnant girl was, for all they knew the motorcycle guy never even stopped and could be several dozens of miles away by now and on foot that translated into several hours worth of walking. It would get dark soon and they would all need to find shelter to survive. Aleck was momentarily tempted to taze the girl and carry her unconscious body back to the Haven but he knew if he did that he wouldn't be able to trust the girl not to overreact.

He rummaged through his sack and pulled out the other police revolver and a handful of ammo, he decided to at least give this girl a fighting chance against walkers and other people who might do her harm. If it wasn't dinner night today he'd travel with her but since it was the case he couldn't stay.

"Take this," He said placing the gun and ammo in her hands. "Keep safe ok? And don't be so trusting, put a bullet between the eyes of people who try and hurt you. And here's an extra pair of batteries for the walkie. If you ever need me give me a call and I will do my best to come find you and help you."

With that he got up and left the girl. He headed for the Haven at a running pace completely ignoring the other two on the tracks except to keep an eye on them as he went past, should they make a move he'd blast their brains on the concrete.

Well not right now because...POTATO :p
Aleck ~ taking cover near the train tracks with Emma at his side

He heard a truck engine start up and heard the crunching of tires on concrete fading away. Whatever had just transpired was over now.

"I have a place nearby was actually heading there when I saw you," He said to her reloading the revolver and disassembling the rifle. He didn't mention the raiders, doubted she had even seen them. "It's getting late and we need to get moving there if we are going to make it before sundown. If we run we can get there in thirty minutes but I'll need to carry you, I didn't notice the limp when I first got you at the tracks. We cant dawdle either, it would leave a trail to the Haven if we go back at your limping pace. As for the others, we have to leave them behind, might seem cruel but I don't trust them."

Dinner night was today, he usually headed out for days on end but every Sunday was dinner night and his sister was likely waiting for him with a hot meal. It would take an army and a half to keep him from returning to her and even then he'd fight his way through or die trying.

"They are probably going to head the way of the motorcycle," he pointed out. "That direction leads to nowhere safe, trust me I have been to just about everywhere in this town."

He stood up and strapped on the backpack no longer fearing a rain of bullets from whomever had shot at the group and consequently at Emma.

He offered his hand, he planned to carry her in a fireman carry, any other kind of carry would be awkward with his pack in the way.
Aleck ~ currently taking aim at an attacker

Aleck laughed, he laughed so hard he lost focus. He laughed so hard that at some point he wasn't making any noise and was just clapping his chest because he couldn't clap both hands together to make that retarded seal laugh. Since he was crouching in his cover he fell over backwards and had to rollover and get on all fours to stand up again which he did so slowly.

"I like you," he said to the girl with a big grin as he tried to regain his seriousness, after all they were still in real life and death potential danger. Her action had been so random that it had completely overwhelmed his rationality, normal people would have tried to get rid of the evidence in some form or fashion or maybe even hide it and never give it back, but the girl had been honest with Aleck. He normally would have acted like it had been a betrayal because that is what it was, the girl HAD in fact been trying to leave him and take some of his things. Was he that untrustworthy? She must have noticed that moment back then when his senses had clouded. He decided to forgive the girl, her bold honesty was just too much. "Here take the things and don't worry about it."

That there had been a bonding moment for Aleck, normally he'd be cautious with people even if they had earned a little bit of his trust but this girl since the beginning had lowered his guard and had even managed to surprise him twice. He decided that she was someone worth protecting and saving in this world.
