Okay, from what I gathered the RP's theme is going to be anime or least anime-like. The setting is the whole world. It'll probably start at one point then moving on another location. Each player's goal is to attain the Sword of SIns (SS). To achieve this goal, a players will face off against other players and NPC. Alliances can be forged but there is no strict rule regarding the matter.

The SS influences the humans around them, so I'm assuming the government is aware of the SS?

It would be interesting if it these turned out to be sins vs. virtues.

Okay, next question: Is this RP aiming a sort of Player vs. Player, race to obtain the sword story flow or a more psychological battle between the players i.e. a lot of machiavellian scheming?

You're probably looking for the following terms: Posting Standard: Casual i.e. 1-2 paragraphs min. and Content Standard: High Casual i.e. some characterization and/or plot development. I think I might join when there's a little more interest and detail. The RP still seems to be in the blue.
