Name: Eva Cantius (female)
Race: Half human, half wood elf
Age: 25
Appearance: Tall and thin with striking angular facial features, but softer, more human (green) eyes and mouth. She has brown shoulder length hair tied back into a ponytail and dresses in simple brown leather armour. She usually carries a bow and two daggers.
History: Born in the imperial city, the bastard child of a human mother and elf father. Her father left before her birth, leaving her mother to raise her. A childhood among the poor of imperial city left her able to pickpocket and pick simple locks. Eva left at the age of 16 to become a huntress, as shooting a bow and moving stealthily came naturally to her (probably due to her elven blood). She was last known to be hunting around, and staying in Kvatch.
Class: Archer
Three major skills: Sneak, archery, light armour
Four minor skills: one handed weapons, lockpicking, pickpocketing, speechcraft
Job: Huntress

Yeah I'm fine with no dragons, I'd be happy to go with either of those ideas so I'll leave it up to you to decide :)

Yeah that sounds good, it could kind of start off building up the 'party' then they could go and start closing oblivion gates. If you wanted to do something more skyrim-y you could maybe have a band of dragon hunters? Or maybe just a story line flowing from one of the guilds or as a group of bandits of something.

I was thinking my character could possibly help the Crimseans by helping smuggle food into the ghetto for them? Or something along those lines, I think his means of helping then would have to be below the law, to fit the character.

I was thinking my character could be a Crimsean sympathiser, due to him knowing all to well about the hardships of being in the lower class. Maybe a story point which could tie in to him somehow helping the uprising? Let me know what you think :)
