Things that turn me away from a 1x1 RP, include but are not limited to simply having nothing more than 'pairing ideas' and nothing else. For example if an idea is just a bland "Knight/Peasant" then...

This is a sci fi RP set in an unknown world. The three characters suffer from complete amnesia, to the point they have no idea where they are, who they are, what they are in this place for, who each other are, anything. All they can go by is their gut feelings on what to do, and who to trust. They feel they can trust each other, they feel safe when they look at one another. They feel less alone.
But the city seems abandoned, but that will soon prove to be untrue as the three face their foes together, and must fight on to discover the secrets this world holds, its history, why the city is covered in a giant glass dome, and why people are so afraid of them. Why do they feel such hatred when they look at their enemies?
This is a 4 person RP where we have 3 players, and I as GM take on the role as story teller. Your characters will have freedom to go where they wish, but should also be given clear and consistent direction to drive the story forward. We don't want them wandering aimlessly without answers for months on end after all.
Characters should be sci fi in appearance, and I'll give an example profile of that below and explain as I go.
Yes, profiles are very simple. You should expect such when they can't remember who they are and all that. The profiles will be filled out more and more as the RP goes on. For example, a section for their name will be added.
Now as far as abilities go, your characters are very strong. IF you want to play a character who uses a large two handed sword, and can leap great distances to crash down and create a large shockwave, that is about the 'average' power one can expect. Another example, is your character may have boots that allow them to sort of hove just above the ground, so that (Like Lucio in Overwatch) they skate around the battlefield, and even along the walls of buildings, while using duel guns that allow them to dance around their enemies quickly.
However, for the start keep their power level somewhat low. They won't be in too much danger, but they also can't go busting down buildings.
As far as technology goes, your characters find themselves in full armor that seems to empower them. It gives them that incredible strength, the ability to lift those giant weapons, and it's all sleek in design. Very clean, such as pure white from head to toe, no scratches, no 'scuffed paint', no faded colors. (Think Kamino from Star Wars) Weapons glow, and all that.
However from the start, many 'systems' of your character's gear will be damaged, and they will need to find ways to repair them as they go along, which will 'unlock' power along the way, and allow them to take on greater threats.
Anywho, the RP is first come first serve to people who can post frequently. I don't want the RP to be dying because we are waiting days on end for one person to post. Multiple posts a day is preferred, but even just one post a day is acceptable as the 'max' wait time. I'm sorry to have to set this, but I've seen way, way too many RPs die because of waiting on people to post. I want active people, who can stay excited for what comes next, wanting to push the story forward through their own actions, and the actions of the others involved.
RP is application based. Use the above character sheet to create a character, and when accepted you can post it in the characters section. I'll then assign you your number in the RP, and once we have 3 characters, we can basically jump right into it.
Keep in mind this isn't meant to be a RP where you initially put a ton of thought into your character. You should think through what you want them to be as far as combat goes, like a class, and what you hope to unlock through future progression of their power. But backstory and such, you can't know their backstory without first learning about the world you find yourself in. That's all for now.

But why?
Looking around you find you are not truly alone, and two others have landed in pods alongside you. You feel compelled to stick close to them. You do not know what drives you, but looking at their faces, you feel trust, and safety. Whatever, or whoever these others are to you, you feel they are your allies. And their expressions show that they feel the same.
Now, you need only set forth, and figure out where you are. Perhaps then you can begin the journey to discovering who you are, and why you are here.

Chapter 1: The Quiet Lonely Dark
I was only using things like Halo as a comparison. I will be using pictures and such to make things very easy to understand, while also describing them as we go along. You don't need Sci Fi experience as long as you understand what Sci Fi in general is.
My only issue there is the 'post every 3 days or so' part. That's unfortunately how RPs often die... if the other people in the RP have to wait half a week just for one person to post so the RP can continue, and then they all get their posts up, and have to basically forget about the RP again for another 3 days. It becomes extremely difficult to stay interested in the RP because a few weeks passes and you're basically still in the intro of the RP.

Basically Human with some differences. It's part of the discovery. It's sort of like Star Wars where the appearance is Human, but nobody strictly calls anyone 'Human'. They call them by faction names instead.

So anyways, I'm looking to sort of GM a 'campaign' so to speak. It won't really be an RPG, you won't have stats or items or levels or anything. We won't be rolling for attacks or anything like that. However, I will be GMing it rather than playing a main character myself, controlling all the NPCs and whatnot that are met throughout the RP.
Now what will you be playing? You will be playing three girls who wake up with no memory in crashed pods. They don't know who they are, who each other are, why, or even where they are, nothing. They seem to have complete amnesia. All they know is that they seem to have unique weapons that stand out from everything around them, and everything they meet tries to kill them in a sprawling city.
Throughout this RP, your characters will explore who they are, where they came from, and why they are in this place they don't understand. They will uncover secrets, make allies, and enemies, make hard decisions that could decide the fate of an entire planet, and ultimately progress from small scale stealth RP, to large scale, all out war as your characters discover more about themselves, and this world they find themselves in as well as the people within it.
What's perhaps a little odd about this RP is that your characters, while your own and your own creation, have predetermined backstories of where they came from. You cannot logically create a backstory for your character from the beginning of the RP, because you as the player know as little as your own character does. So along the way, you will be learning about your character, and developing their character alongside their own self-revelations. You can't say "My character was an Engineer before being thrust into a war bla bla bla" because you don't know if an engineer is even a thing where your character came from, or what wars might have happened around them.
By the end of the RP, you should be left with a character you have fully grown with, someone you can either take into other RPs, or continue into a second 'Campaign' with me and the other players with.
Because of this, I'm looking for people who are active, and able to post frequently. My only requirements are don't leave the group hanging for days on end saying "Sorry, I went and started a RP while I have class and schoolwork, and other RPs I'm doing, bla bla bla". Before you even post that you MIGHT be interested, look in the mirror, and say "Do I have the drive, and the time to put into this RP?" and if the answer is no, then it's best to leave it at that.
Otherwise:
This is a Sci Fi RP. Not quite on the level of say, Star Wars or anything, as this takes place on one single planet and does not include space travel, world jumping, or anything like that. In fact, this RP will take place mostly in one single city. For Sci Fi, it's more like Halo level of Sci Fi excluding space travel. At least, as far as technology goes. In fact, this is a pretty apt comparison, as you will find your enemies have technology similar to that of the UNSC, if not a bit darker. Your own technology is easily comparable to that of the Covenant, just more refined. And there are other weapons in this world that will be apparent that could be compared to the weapons of the Brutes (Spikers, Brute Shots)
It will be heavily combat focused with a lot of story and dialogue going on in downtime.
I said your character is already predefined, but that is not fully the case. Here are the exact things that are predefined, and you as the player have no control over:

Forum: Casual Interest Checks
What sort of experience are you looking for from players in this? For example, I'm the kind of person who is more into the anime side of things, and loves Fate, but has never really played the game or gotten into the 'stats' side of things.
A second question I have is, are you willing, or wanting to look into personal character story arcs? Or is the focus going to be pretty much entirely on the over-arcing war between red and black?
Either way I would personally love to play a Saber, either a Canon Mordred, or my own OC which is something I'd of course leave up to you in private to give a yes or no on, and if not, can just default back to Mordred.
