I'm not sure what I did to lure you here but I do apologize and I also would like to welcome you to my page. Now with the pleasantries aside, a bit about me.
I have been role playing for about 3 maybe 4 years now, I love writing and I spend a lot of free time doing just that. I also spend a lot of time that is meant to be for work writing but that's another story. I live in the American midwest (think great lakes region) so that should give you an idea of my timezone. That being said I am often up at many hours of the night, or morning depending on your point of view.
I am indeed a girl and she/her whatever works.

Elysia shook her head as hero suit dude ran off, she looked at the orange haired girl "You look sensible, your friend has his head a bit up in the clouds, I don't know if he is powerful or not but I'm going to make sure he doesn't mess things up." She took a few bites of a power bar she grabbed from her back pack and threw the rest in a dumpster. She began to run after the hero guy, she spotted him yelling at some villain, "Hey! Wait up, I can help you." And perhaps she could also prevent collateral damage from a possible fight.
Elysia kicked a rock down the pavement, a flying city is still just a city no matter what you call it or why it was built. There were still bad guys and good guys and people in between and there always would be. She noticed down one of the alleys near a recently robbed bank there appeared to be a fight of sorts. Some villains verses some heroes, noting new. She approached a man in a ridiculous hero outfit and an orange-haired girl. "So sorry to bother you but what is going on here?"
As expected, honestly though she has lived for 21 years with her condition, as long as no one provokes her madness we should be just fine

Devils Light: a blast of energy, think darkness cannon (the energy used comes from Elysia thus it is rarely used)*
Corrupted sword: A Dark blade that is manifested from Elysia's energy (uses very little energy)
Good powers:
Construction: She take surrounding matter and reform/form it into whatever she pleases
Angel's Shadow: The parallel of Devil's light (also rarely used)*
Celestial sword: A Light blade, manifested from her energy.

Item(s): A necklace that changes color depending on which personality is in control (white=good, black=bad)
Backstory: Elysia was born with multiple personality disorder, one is good the other is evil. Both personalities are aware of each other and loathe their other half. At the age of 10 her family exasperatedly sent her off to a psychiatric hospital, however the hospital was corrupt and instead of curing her they gave her a third personality, the neutral side this side has no powers other than what is shared between her other sides. They were the ones gave the two sides powers, and after several years of learning to use these powers both sides worked together to escape, she was 18 at the time. That was the last and only time the good and bad sides were not at war with each other. Her neutral side keeps the good and bad at bay and is her most common mental state.
Personality: Both personalities are based upon the same elements; fun-loving, childish, and adventurous. The good side is more caring and compassionate but can be blinded by righteousness this side is strictly good and any straying from the path of good makes you an enemy. The evil side is a trigger-happy kleptomaniac who loves instigating fights and manipulating people.
Crush/Relationship: Both sides of Elysia are open.

Rosaline smiled as her guild mates shot a range of different magics into the air. Summoning the wind magic on her charm bracelet she shot a blast of air that caused the clouds to disperse for a few minutes. The comforting rays of the sun were soon replaced with rain clouds but the moments of bittersweet joy were worth it. Rosaline steadied herself on a chair, unfortunately she used more magic energy that expected and was beginning to feel tired.
Rosaline murmured, "It's too bad I hate water, this funeral wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't so wet."
She squeezed some the water out of her hair and began a weak walk back to the guild hall. As much as she wanted to be there she needed to rest for a bit after her cloud breaker move. If she stayed out for much longer she would certainly get a cold plus if any magic accidentally hit her she might absorb it and that would be a mess.

I have finished the CS master list! There are a few formatting things I need to fix but overall its complete.
