Caitlin had almost resumed walking when a sword went flying by her head. She sighed, "Don't be a fool, this isn't a battle you can win." She didn't have to even turn around, she knew it was a dark mage. The mage simply laughed, "You think you're some hotshot huh?" He sent another blade after her, which she dodged. "I really don't appreciate being used for target practice." The air around her crackled a bit and the man fell over, temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. He began to panic as he found he could not move most of his body. "Now tell be what's going on here before I make it permanent." It was an empty threat but the risk for him to guess she was bluffing was too great. He really clarified things for her. "So everyone is asleep, I hadn't noticed. It makes sense though." The man simply stared at her in disbelief. She released the spell at which point he immediately ran off. Caitlin had almost resumed her journey when she sensed a powerful magic somewhere near by, it was a rare case for her to sense a persons magic unless she had taken it before, so naturally she was worried. "Hello? Is there any one else awake?"

I do too!!!! Our 'band horns up' command is so easy all the other sections hate us. Those thumb rest things on the back literally kill me, everyone thinks a clarinet is so light, the amount of reeds we go through in a season is ridiculous. We have a sousaphone, the poor guy is only in 8th grade and that thing is so big you almost cant see him.

I have so much respect for drumline, watching them march with those drums, I could never do it. Marching band is actually a lot of fun even though you have to work hard. Most people don't understand that.

Caitlin noticed two things upon entering town, the first was that it was quieter than usual and the second was the wonderful weather Magnolia was currently experiencing. Yes she missed the sleeping bodies and the overall strangeness of the situation, save the lack of noise. However as she ventured farther into town she felt watched, then followed and even a little bit hunted. It was worrying but she maintained a calm act. She got closer and closer to the guild and all the while more alarmed, eventually she couldn't calm herself any more. "Is someone there?" Caitlin called out while glancing in all directions looking for her stalker.

Hey guys I'm back, I really can't apologize enough for my absence. I've been away from home for a while and the marching band season has just started. I'm going to make an effort to be online more often but I cant make any promises. I think I tried to introduce my character but it didn't go well so I'll try again.

Caitlin walked slowly through town, there seemed to be more destruction than usual, "Hello? Does someone want to explain why the city is being torn apart?" With a scowl she looked around for an answer. "I leave for a few weeks and everyone has a party with out me." She pouted slightly.

Drifting (A comedy Science Fiction)

Emma shook her head slightly, most would think in mourning but it was really boredom. This was beginning to feel like a monumental waste of time. She wasn't about to say anything about it though, she didn't want to appear heartless. Instead she busied herself with selecting a weapon that she would hopefully not need.

Bio: At the age of 10 Caitlin was 'taken in' by a dark guild after her whole family and village mysteriously 'disappeared' her particular magic would become useful to the guild. After some time she began to question the dark guild and its teachings. She left at the age of 16 and joined Fairy Tale at the age of 17.

Magic:

Thief magic

Thief magic gives Caitlin the ability to steal a persons magic. The duration of time it is stolen depends on Caitlin's skill, currently she can steal magic for up to an hour. However, to take a magic for a whole hour has a great strain on her body. Depending on the type of magic it could take days for her to recover, subsequently she rarely steals magic anymore. During her time with the dark guild they trained her to steal magic and keep it permanently, to do this Caitlin must store the magic in some object. She chose charms, currently on her charm bracelet she keeps a treasure chest which holds requip magic and a lightning bolt charm which holds lightning magic. In her requip inventory she has many other types of magic though she refuses to use them as most were taken from unwilling victims. Her magic does not work on holder type magics. (This part probably needs more work than the rest of the CS, if there is any thing you think I should add I would be grateful if you would tell me)
