Jinx nods to the kid and turns to Mammoth. "Sometimes my powers go off inadvertently. Gizmo does deal with the best gadgets. He invented the whole new line of communicators. Didn't you know that?" She grins at him. "And that schedule sounds fine. We're teaching them right? Are we splitting half and half or teaching together? I would love to teach team drills." She grins at him, watching the young girl with the shadow powers walk pass her, heading out into the hallway. She had noticed the speedster's salute and had chuckled earlier. She is curious what the shadow girl had given him, but she turns back to Mammoth, not thinking about it.

brief history: She found the team when she ran away from home. She wound up freezing one of her family members and she ran away. She didn't have control over her powers at the time and people could find her by following the ice trail she would leave behind when she walked. She was found in a dark alleyway, sobbing into her arms because she was so tired and so afraid for herself. The person who found her told her that there was a place with others just like her and she could go there and never hurt anyone she loved again. She agreed and here she is.

Violet watches Jack disappear and looks down at the little silver wing in her hand. It is very pretty. She smiles and tucks into her pierced ear. She clips the back and smiles. She never wore earrings anyways so this would be perfect to keep there. She began to walk off, setting her bag on her shoulder. She walks to her room, opening the door and setting her bag down on the bed. She then smiles as she things about one of the comments Jack said. And I promise not to use the ring when I just want to see you. At least, no too many times She grins, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. That was cute and funny of him to say.

Right then her stomach grumbles really loudly. She sighs and stands up once again, making sure to keep the bag on the bed. She then walks out of her room and heads down the hallway, walking toward the lunch room. She does need to eat after all, and using up some of her energy to create that shadow ring has made her very hungry.

"Not much," Genevieve says, "besides the fact that all of the training rooms are upstairs and whoever sent us here didn't want us to kill each other. What's your power anyways?" Genevieve looks around, suddenly feeling like she's being watched. She looks to the walls, but no one is there. She shivers and looks back at Erin. "I can control weather. And my eyes change with my mood."
