"Silence!" a voice yells from near the back stairs, near the hallways leading into the room where all of the heroes had come from. A young woman with blond hair descends onto the floor, looking around at everyone. Her icy blue eyes scan the room, making sure most of them were here. A muscle jumps in her jaw when she realizes there are a few who had yet to show up, but she would go with what she had at the moment. She pauses in front of all of the heroes. "I assume you may all be wondering why you are here," she says. "I will tell you why. Villains roam these streets, terrorizing innocent people and killing heroes." Her eyes land on Leonardo at this comment. "I have summoned you all here because we all have the same purpose. We want to rid this city of evil forever."

I'm talking to people, so I really don't know... I thought she wasn't coming to this anyways. I thought she was a villain?

Leonardo chuckles and says, "I'm turtle. Not a tortoise. They aren't the same thing." He sighs. "I'm a mutant, also, not a superpower. My brother, Donnie, made me this device that allows me to look human." He shows them the Changer. "There were four of us. Me, my brothers Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael." He swallows hard. "They were killed by some of the villains here in the city. That's one of the reasons why I came. I want my revenge." He growls.

Leo looks at him and says, "Just Leonardo," he says. He finally decides to take off his Changer. He taps the button on the top and slowly he starts to form back into his turtle self. He doesn't lose height, but his fingers come together to form only three fingers and his skin becomes green. He pulls the blue piece of cloth that was around his arm and puts it on, looking out the eyeholes toward Jayke. "I guess someone could definitely think of a name for me now, huh?" He grins softly and stares down at the ground.

A minimum age? I'm going to say they have to be at least over thirteen. They have to at least been a teenager.

Skills/Powers: There seems to be nothing formidable about her, the only thing unusual is her eyes change colors with her mood, which is why she always wears sunglasses
Equipment (Doesn’t have to be weapons): Captain's main weapons are knives and she always has knives on her. She also wears tall, high heel boots with knives in between where the heel spike connects to the boot bottom.
Personality: Captain is very commanding and stubborn. She is a silent woman, but can be loud whenever she needs to be. She may be younger than most of the people here, but she is a natural born leader.
Weakness: Captain's weakness is her family. She went away from them when she was sixteen and doesn't know where they are now, but if a villain were to find and harm her family, it wouldn't take much to make her do whatever they wanted. All they would need to do is threaten her family and she would be at their mercy.

Jayke looks at the person who introduced himself as Leonardo."Hi" he said cheerfully. He actually liked this. These people seemed... ."Hey" Said Josh."The name's Josh. Or Reaper. " Josh looked around, he still had no idea what was going on. His eyes met Leonardo's. "Do you know what's going on here" he asked, hoping he didn't sound stupid

"We're here for a hero meeting," Leonardo says. "There are limited amounts of heroes in this city anymore and we need to come together as a team to defeat the evil in this city and save it. That's what I got from the letter anyways." His hand figures his Changer, wanting to be out of this human form and back in his turtle one, but he would probably have to wait. He didn't want to surprise that on anyone yet.

Bay grins at Rob, going to lay down on his bed on his side of the room. "Naw, I've never had alcohol in my life. I was the star quarterback at my high school, so I've gotten out of the habit of drinking or doing drugs." He checks his phone, looking at the time. "It's a little past noon. I guess we should be getting something to eat. Hunger doesn't really affect me anymore, and when it does, I just eat whenever I get hungry." Bay watches him unpack his stuff and then looks down at his sad little backpack. Bay hadn't taken a lot from him. In fact, he had originally thought that the letter was a ruse and it wasn't going to be here for more than a couple days. But now, seeing everyone here, he wished he would've brought more things.

Leonardo turns to the people who entered. He notices that he's the only one who technically doesn't have a uniform. He smiles and chuckles under his breath. If only these people actually knew what he looked like. His katanas bounce on his back as he walks over to the men by the door, one he heard say his name was the Candy King and the other respond with the name of Reaper. He reaches them right as the third says his name of Jayke Damon. He sighs, hoping that everyone here will accept him when he turns off his Changer. "Hello. I'm Leonardo," he says to the three men.
