She would almost never leave the gym and the only time she did was to go to school and throw herself into her studies. Along with the loss of her parents, she lost her emotions and her parents’ deaths shaped her into the woman she was today. He didn’t have as good of a life as she had though. He grew up without knowing his parents. He was put in an adoption home when he was really young and bounced from house to house. He was never the “perfect” child that anyone wanted. He was always so exuberant that some people couldn’t handle him. He hated all of the parents’ houses that he went to because he didn’t connect with them. When his powers developed, it seemed like a way out for him. So, I am a teenager and I'm older than sixteen years old. That's all I'm going to say about what I am. The thing is that all of my friends have had dates and have had boyfriends and girlfriends and I'm feeling... left out. I'm that person that everyone becomes friends with but doesn't like more than a friend. I'm also that single friend who gives great couple's advice, but that isn't the point. My question is should I even be jealous? A friend of mine told me to wait until college to start dating, but she's been with her high school sweetheart since she was a freshmen and she's a senior this year. Should I wait? Or am I doing something wrong?
