Aqua rolls her eyes at his comment as she steps into the elevator. But she stops for a moment and thinks. She could use a ride down there. She taps her piece. "I could use a motorcycle. You got any around here?"

"I'll do just that," a woman's voice comes from the steps, amused at TK's question. If everyone were to turn and look, there would be a young woman walking down the steps, blond with sunglasses on. She looks around at all of the heroes that have gathered. "Hello everyone. My name is Captain. You will only refer to me as Captain. I am the reason why you all are here." She takes a deep breath. "As you know, the crime in this city has been rising immensely, where the heroes are dwindling at the same time. The reason we are here is because I have chosen each other you because you are the last heroes left in the city. If we are to stop evil from taking over, we must join forces and work together to stop it." She looks around. "I know that may be a little difficult for some of you, but you will have to try if you want to survive. Any questions?" --- Leo looks at the woman as she walks down the steps. He recognizes her immediately. This is the "human" woman that she had saved from the criminals. He raises an eyebrow, curious as to why she has called them all there. As she explains, Leo begins to understand more. He is silent when she asks for questions, but looks around to see if anyone does.

Her parents hid her from the world for the longest time, but when the city was called to evacuate, her parents never told her. She had thought that they would stay, but they just up and left her. She felt betrayed and hated and she slowly began to grow an icy exterior on her. Gideon has large bird wings on his back, which means that he can fly. His reflexes are much higher than any normal human's and some of the other Outcasts. He has the ability to speak through his mind, but with this, he has become mute. He does not talk with his mouth. Most of the time, he is completely silent. Bio: When Gideon was really young, he developed his wings. He didn't really have a family and lived mostly on the streets. He was shown off as a freak to raise money for his "street" family and then put in the worst possible living conditions. After he was beaten too many times, he finally became a mute, and that's when he developed his mental powers. Though, with the trauma from those days, he rarely speaks whatsoever.
