Accepted!

Traditionally, I narrate a character's arrival into the RP.

However, I'm going out in an hour, and then when I come back, I'll be too drunk to write anything worth a damn.

So I'll break from tradition here, and let you enter things by yourself. However, here's the general outline of what your char is going to walk into, okay?

They'll arrive outside the carpark, as the rest of the survivors are scrambling to escape the legion of the dead. How or why they've stumbled upon the scene, is up to you, although I'd of probably described it as them being chased there - or drawn by the gun fire.

So, looking at this carpark, Amy can see that the dead have swarmed around the front end of it. She saw soldiers heading in there, and they're a good bet of getting out of this mess right? So she wants to see if she can reach them.

Well, it'd be perfectly possible for her to get in through an area that isn't being swarmed with the dead, and then move up to the next floor by using the staircase. Every carpark has one right? It'll be barricaded no doubt, but a human should be able to get over all that stuff.

Then she gets to the top level, walks out the door and hey presto she's with everyone.

... but if you don't think you can do that, then leave it until tomorrow and I'll take care of Amy's entry for you, no worries.

Sounds good but I guess I'll be leaving that until tomorrow. It's currently 3 AM here and I think it's not a healthy time for me. I'll have a post up by then but if you can beat me to it, it'd fine by me.

Name: Amelia Fairley
Nickname: Amy
Gender: Female
Age: 34
Appearance:

Medical Ailments: None

Nationality: Scottish-American

Occupation: Highschool teacher

Four Week History: Right after the terrorizing pandemic hit the state, residents from Amy's suburban home were planning to evacuate onto safer shelters until further notice by the government or at least when hell calms itself down. That's what they believed for the time being as they were mostly misinformed by the media about the outbreak's coverage. People were oblivious about the truth, some even had established beliefs of their own, telling themselves that the government had planned a safe evacuation route for all citizens to take. They foolishly made that assumption until the chaos unraveled itself as they moved out from their homes. Some didn't make it unfortunately, even when it was just the first few days of their supposed 'exodus'.

Amy's ex-husband was there for the purpose of helping her and their two kids. Their plan was to evacuate at the area where her ex-husband believed to be a safer ground since it was barricaded by a few construction workers that resided there. They left together with the residents but soon after - while travelling through the highways - they were cornered by a horde. Everything erupted into a chaotic turmoil as people panicked. While some remained calm, the entire exodus crumbled and it only became worse. One after another, they were harvested by the dead. Some managed to hack their way through by taking another route with their vehicles, one of those were Amy's family. They tried to deviate from the highway and onto the narrow roads leading to the forest. However, before they could even make progress, an explosion - which was believed to be a gas leak - blazed the entire scene within seconds.

Flames multiplied as they seared their way to one vehicle after another. Within the first several minutes after the explosion, Amy found herself lying dizzily on a car travelling as she noticed the thick black smoke billowing towards the sky. She then realized that it wasn't her ex-husband's car after she recognized her neighbors at the front seat. They explained to her what happened, telling that her family survived the explosion. But that didn't help her at all and instead, she grew desperate on finding them. Chances were slim at that time and even when Amy knew it was impossible at that moment, she persisted. Her neighbors refused to let her go, especially when the dead were running rampant. They continued to drive for days until they eventually ended up at the Dulles International Airport after gas ran out. There they've met a couple of people who have one goal in mind and that is to survive.

Amy remembered what her ex-husband had said and the place where they were supposed to evacuate. It was her main destination if only she was specifically informed about it but still planned to go there nonetheless, if chances were to increase. Right now, her only hope is to reunite with her family as soon as possible.

This looks like a pretty nice place to hop along and It's perfect since I'm currently in the mood for a zombie apocalypse RP.

Expect a CS from me after several hours or so.

Oh and hi!!!....

O mang! I'm late for the party.
I'll probably have my post up later or tomorrow, if school work gets in the way.
Alexander "The Punisher" Samuel Littlefoot Chocolate Burst Harlot III
Species: Half werewolf, Half vampire Gender: Pale goth boy with an appeal of a macho man (because why not?) Age: 890, stopped aging at the age of 16 Clique: Super Glorious Max Unicorns Personality: Alex is often caring and kind towards people. He's always seen giving his utmost concern towards others even if he doesn't have a single clue of who they are. His unparalleled ethics revolves around helping children, distressed women and elderly people as well as being polite to everyone most of the time. This certainly gave people an impression that he's generally a nice person. However, he can be sinister at times and can also be quite deadly when someone crosses him. Once they do, they'd better be prepared to face someone worse than the devil. Alex also exhibits a high level of intelligence and his logic cannot be contested easily. Backstory: Being the only child of parents who are both CEOs, it's of no surprise that Alex's social ranking is highly secured. However, having millions of friends, living in a 15-story mansion and possessing almost every material trend wasn't enough. Alex got bored as he grew weary of his wealth. He then became desperate to find something that he could do which drove him to come up with an idea that will definitely fill his entertainment but at the same time, serve a good purpose for mankind. An idea flashed in his mind one day and it was to become an undercover vigilante. Even when crime rates were low, Alex still believed that there was a need for a person to serve justice upon evil people. And with that, he spent a million dollars on hiring people to build his own version of the bat mobile, another million dollars for his vigilante costume and another several million ones for his gadgets and the construction of his underground headquarters. After all preparations were finished, Alex started to operate his undercover acts. It won't be easy for him but his fate held a nearly 100% success rate in every attempt he'll do in the future. Powers/Abilities:
  • Mega lightning hurricane chakra super dash: Inspired by watching too much Naruto, this ability was mastered for only 5 minutes during Alex's training for his vigilante shenanigans. It enables him to channel chakra within his body. These surges of chakra - once fully channeled - allows him to move 5 times faster than light. It has no limitations nor real side effects. The only drawback to it is when it isn't fully channeled which only grants half of the speed from the original amount but still faster than the light regardless.
  • Death grim reaper of darkness black lotus strike: Combining with his unparalleled speed, Alex strikes his enemies in one dash and kills them instantly. The ability is so fast that it cannot be dodged by anyone or anything.
  • Final alpha Jesus form: Known as Alex's final form. Whenever he is badly injured, exhausted or just wanna finish the fight because it's so epic, he transforms into a giant fire-breathing dragon mecha equipped with badass guns and a grenade cannon launcher attached to his back. His transformation is so epic that the song 'Through the fire and flames' automatically plays as the background music while threads of visible twisting chakra surround him. His eyes would also turn into a glowing red color because duh, it has to be badass.
Miscellaneous:
  • Whenever Alex asks a girl on a date, crowds will automatically gather in the midst of him and utter their cheers.
  • Alex rarely goes to school but has a GPA higher than a modern genius.
  • He is the captain of his school's football team, debate club, math and science club, dance and theater club and is also known as an all-around teacher's favorite even though he frequently skips school and doesn't study for the test but that doesn't matter because he would most likely get high grades anyway.
Somehow, this intrigued me to come and join. I posted a CS! ;) and I hope it's overpowered good enough.

Well thank you Lil, I really do appreciate that! That does mean a lot, coming from you! and : Sorry if my post is a little long there, but I have a test next week and need to spend more time studying this weekend than writing, unfortunately. :( I deliberately left open a lot of the "experience" of the evil storm there, including the possibility for injuries or anything else that may have slipped in if it was fought off. Vasily, even injured with scratches, fighting in the swift darkness around him, would have noticed not a thing at all, his whole world focusing to a pinpoint on getting back to Antonina. So feel free to play there, I certainly would not have meant to box anyone into anything and can edit my own post as need be, to accommodate your ideas of course.: I sent you a PM with an idea or two for a prior relationship between Pavel and Vasily, especially since the two are so close in age.

That's alright. I generally don't mind long posts and I'll be honest that yours was actually a good read. ;)

*pokes the silent OOC* How are people doing?

I'm feeling great at the moment. Exams are over and I have a 3-day break following by. I'll see if I can finish playing The Last of Us during my break since I really am outdated to videogames due to my lack of savings and etc. Also, I'll see for myself on how this game is praised by people for its amazing storyline and gameplay.

On another note, I'm really looking forward as to what shenanigans our characters will be facing. Everything looks great so far.
Patience was merely a non-existent term to a man like Zelfos. Clearly, he doesn't conceive the practice of it nor would he even bother displaying the slightest ounce. But this day was one of those rare ones. He had been patient for the whole time waiting for his son Tristen to arrive home and from reasons he couldn't recognize by himself, his quick edginess was somewhat, held back while he took the wait.

He stood from his chair as he took a quick glance outside the wondrous view of the night sky. Feet were brought to a march while puffing streams of smoke from his wooden pipe. Zelfos continued to do it as he reached the window, leaning one elbow on the wooden rail. A puff of smoke was then followed and then his thoughts stuck heavily to Tristen. What could have been taking the boy so long? For certain, it wasn't the best time for his son to arrive at the current hour. He'd least expected him to be home in the late afternoon as he would daily. Truth to be told, it wasn't actually the first time that Tristen would arrive late at night. He had worse days but no matter how much honesty he could muster up for an explanation, Zelfos wouldn't often be at his favor. Tristen had given up trying to convince his father's beliefs. Trying to withstand his harsh voice being raised against him was the best method he could use.

Exhaling yet another wisp of smoke, Zelfos remained gazing at the dark sky until he lost his thoughts on Tristen. A loud creak of the door suddenly interrupted him, luring his sights away from the night. A pair of low-cut boots clattered the ground, taking a step forward before shutting the door gently. Tristen had no desire of greeting his father but of course, even if he wouldn't be receiving any warm welcomes, he would still maintain his polite disposition which he often wore wherever he goes. Tristen breathed a heavy sigh, wanting to indicate hints that he was in a weary condition and in no means, ready for a scolding.

"Go to the table and eat your dinner or at least, if you haven't taken one yet." Surprisingly, what was followed was a dear concern of his father which Tristen obviously didn't expect. But something told him that Zelfos actually wanted something in return.

Tristen reached for his pouch which then clinked objects the moment he shook it on his clutches. He then handed the pouch directly to his father without taking a glimpse of his face. "Here," Zelfos immediately grabbed the pouch, his expression hid the notion of greed that Tristen hated so much. "I know you wanted that in exchange of your concern. So I hope you won't be raising your voice today, I am extremely tired." No response was then followed. For once Tristen felt good delivering his sharpness against his greedy father but sometimes, he would consider on being cautious as he disliked arguments rising.

Tristen took his coat off and hung it beside a wall. He marched past the table and directed himself towards his bed. "I assume you already ate your dinner." Zelfos said. Tristen liked to falsely admit that he did but he decided not to respond. The vile cold had gotten him, nearly draining his humanity away. He took his boots off as he sat on his bed, then he laid himself down, drifting his thoughts away from everything.
IT COMES!

Tristen didn't want to wake up nor did he want to be awoken. But his father shook him out of bed violently that he had to force himself out of his comfort. The shriek though, was something that mostly bothered him rather than the presence of his father. Tristen rubbed his eyes only to see an uneasy look on his father's expression. At first he thought it was of no worry even after hearing a shriek uttered by a familiar voice. But after it was repeated, Tristen concluded that something was about.

After wearing his low-cut boots, he rushed hurriedly at the window, seeing the sight of old Nadeen out in the open night. However, it wasn't her sight that needed to be attended completely. Tristen's eyes widened as he took a peculiar visage of the eerie blackness that crept like a violent storm. Men and women shouted afterwards, some running to take cover inside their houses believing that they could somehow escape the grasps of the unknown. Tristen was bewildered of old Nadeen's presence, concerned that she shouldn't be out there standing in the midst of an uprising chaos.

Tristen ran to the door but his father intervened him, standing right beside him before cracking the door open. Zelfos shook his head with his eyes contradicting to Tristen's attempt. "I need to, father. Old Nadeen is still out there." Dashing away, Tristen stepped out of the house, veering his head to whichever path he could traverse to take old Nadeen.

By the time he caught his pace, someone had already stepped forward and took the old blind lady. It was Vasily. Tristen breathed a relieved sigh but he didn't want to return yet. He followed their tracks even in the midst of people straying away from the confusion. Tristen ran and continued to do so until he kept himself up with them. Finally, he arrived at the old lady's cottage. Spotting Vasily, Tristen sprinted towards him, kicking heaps of snow along the way. "Vasily!" He shouted. As Tristen halted, he bent his body slightly to breathe out some exhausted breaths. "Is....she alright?" Tristen looked at the old lady and as his breaths finally settled, he took another glimpse of the creeping darkness that is about to take an invasion. "This isn't good"
