To those bad mouthing the stat system because godmod prodigy.

Actually the reason i mention this is all the Naruto RPs i see are oh everyone is basically the same. In all actuality there are people who are prodigies in different things but not great in others they are called savants. Having someone who is a prodigy of Chakra control but lacking in physical strength or endurance really isn't godmodded and actually is a real thing.

On to points that were not addressed
Having inter-village conflict can make for good red herrings or plot hooks.
We should all be shinobi for 1 of 2 villages to make it easier for filling a roster.

Actually i recommend a point buy system thatwould allow a prodigy unlike a lot of the old guilds where everyone was kind of just lame is the right word to put here.

Personality: He is a man who simply wants to protect humanity. He takes a special interest in protecting children. He has in the past been known to throw an authorized angel or demon through their portals because they possessed a child. He is honestly willing to instead of throwing some angels or demons back o their homes he will actually bring some of the other to earth. The motto "The Scales of Ma'at must always be balanced." is his own creed. He actually cares about the sensitives but he is not afraid to hurt one if it means the balance is maintained.

Window Beyond. This power is done by partially opening a portal. it is a window to either heaven or hell. Allowing those with the sight to see their loved ones or what really exists on the other side.

History: Damien was born in Australlia in the year 1820. He is from the small village that is now known as Sydney. He was born with the latent powers of a keeper. At the age of 19 they woke up while he was in the outback on a camping trip. A snake bit him and he knew he was going to die, as his life began slipping away he saw a young girl walk towards him and sit by him. He saw her for what she really was and that was The Reaper angel Azrael. "You know I hate your kind you don't ever actually die." That was all he remembered before he woke up four months later and he was in a new body but this time in the United States. He woke up in the home of another Keeper who then began explaining everything to him. So he moved on and began maintaining the balances of the universe.
