A collaboration between Andele and Shadowcatcher
As the sun peeked through the window next to the bed Teto and Gumi shared, the pink haired one began to stir as the sunlight shined in her eyes. Mumbling as she rolled over in an attempt to escape, Teto suddenly felt herself falling before she landed painfully on her face a moment later. "Ah! Owie owie owieeee!" she squealed, sitting up and holding her face in her hands. "Bad floor! Bad bad bad bad bad!" she repeated as she stomped with her feet. After a few moments, her anger subsided just as quickly as it came, and she turned and looked at her friend who was still sleeping soundly in her bed.
Standing and stretching, Teto frowned when she saw what little space Gumi left for her on the bed. This is the final time we have a sleepover here." she declared in her head. That was the reason she had fallen off the bed, Gumi had taken up all the space!
Rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, Teto shuffled towards the bathroom as she formed a plan in her head to wake up her friend as well as get revenge for making her fall. "I'm a genius. An evil genius!" she said followed by a high pitched evil laugh. Grabbing a bucket and placing it in the sink, she turned on the water and filled it up all the way before removing it and shuffling back towards Gumi's room.
Some water splashed as she walked, and a few times, Teto almost slipped. But eventually she made it to her friends side and hefted the bucket up over her head. With an evil smile and a glint in her eyes, she yelled "GUMI-CHAAAAAAAN TIME TO WAKE UUUUP!!!" before dumping the bucket of water onto her friend.
Hearing Teto's loud voice Gumi opened her eyes and all she saw was the cold water falling towards her. As the water hit Gumi's face, she jumped up and screamed out. "COLD COLD COLD!"
As Gumi recoverd from the sudden shock she glared over to Teto who was the one that spilled the water into her face. "Your a devil Teto-chan... why did i let you sleepover at my place again?"
Now fully awake Gumi streetched and then slowly got up to walk towards the bathroom and get a towel. She quickly rubbed her face with the towel and then throws the wet towel towards Teto. "Thanks for waking me up...." Gumi said sarcasticly "Now lets get ready for school."
Teto frowned when the wet towel was thrown onto her head, and she quicky shook it off. "Hey don't mes up my hair." she said inspecting the rollers in her ponytails. Going to her bag she brought from the sleepover, she reached inside and pulled out her outfit for school. After quickly changing, she took out the rollers in her hair and held her head up proudly when they came out perfectly. Again. "Gumi-chan. You have bread here right?" she asked as her tummy started to rumble.
Gumi looked over to Teto as she took out her own school outfit "Yeah sure. ill change really quick and the we can have breakfast"
Gumi quickly changed and then waved Teto towards the kitchen. She gets out some bread and some carrots holding the bread towards Teto. "Here you go" she said as she started to chew on her carrot.
Taking the bread after following Gumi to the kitchen, Teto squealed happily as she started to nom on it. "Dis is why, your my best friend. You alway gots bread." she said while eating it. Checking the clock on the wall, she pointed to it. "We should get going! The bus will leave soon." she said before skipping back to Gumi's room to retrieve her backpack. She noticed Gumi's backpack as well and held her bread between her teeth as she grabbed it to bring to her friend.
"Thank you." Gumi says as she grabs her pack from her friend and puts it on. Before heading out Gumi quickly grabs her keys and some carrots "lets hurry a bit or else we might miss the bus." Gumi holds the door open for her friend Teto and they both head towards the bus hoping they will arrive in time.
"Wait wait wait! We gotta take a first-day-of-school-selfie!" Teto said, grabbing Gumi around the shoulders before pulling out her red cellphone. She clicked on the camera icon and held it out. "Smile!~" she said, smiling herself. She snapped the picture, not waiting to see if she was ready before putting her phone away and running off.
As Teto took the picture Gumi made a funny face and Teto didnt even notice because she was putting her phone away so quickly. Gumi ran a bit ahed as she saw the bus arraving in the distance and so she grabbed Tetos hand and started a sprint "Come on! Lets hurry!"
Breathing heavy Gumi and Teto arrived in the bus just barely on time. "That was a sprint...." Gumi said exhausted as she sat down and looked over to Teto.
Teto struggled to keep up as Gumi practically pulled her along. At some point, her bread slipped out of her hand and she didn't realize until they were on the bus. "Waaah! My bread didn't make it!" she said dramatically as the bus sped off and she pressed her face to the window. "Nooooo!" she wailed as the bus took them on their way to school.
Looking at that scene Gumi giggeld slightly as she took out a secound bread from her pack "Dont worry i got another one for you" she said with a smile as she hands the bread over to Teto.
Teto smiled happily as Gumi revealed that she had another bread for her. "Have I ever told you that i love you!?" she yelled after hugging her friend and snatching the bread away. Because of the bread, she ended up sitting quietly the rest of the ride to the school.
When they arrived at Kigurana Academy, Teto led the way off the bus as they looked around the large school. "Woah, Gumi-chan. Its so pretty!" she said, finishing up her bread. "I'm actually super duper excited for this!" she said happily.
Gumi looked around also being very amased by how big the school was. With a bright smile she passes by her friend and pats her head a few times "Dont be to exitet. it still just school." Gumi walked over to the shoes and changed into her school shoes. She waitet for Teto and then walked together with her towards their classrom "what class were we in again?"
Teto copied what Gumi did before following her through the school. That's right, we are in the same class I think." she said. Though in truth she was not sure which class they were in. Reaching into her backpack, she took out her schedule and checked which class it was. "It says we're in class 14-B. Let's ask around and see if we can find it.... or a map!" she suggested.
