If I can answer your 4th and 5th questions though- there are 2 Gryffindor characters, and 1 Ravenclaw. Each has their own reason for accepting Zef. My CS was updated 3 days ago to reflect how she became friends with the other 3, including him. The others you'd have to ask or see their CS's if they did the same as I did.And no, there is no OOC yet.
that is a good idea. i need to do that as well. I also realize i kind of failed to write anything about Rin's life at Hogwart's in her bio which i'll be doing later today. though for some reason, I do like the idea of characters from different houses having accepted eachother in different ways, i think thats kind of cool and is something everyone should add in their bios. :3

Name: Rielle Rouge
Race: Phoenix Faunus - She has red wings she keeps hidden under her hood. She can coat them in fire and has the ability to fly.
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Bio: Rielle is nice, outgoing, and fiesty. She can be reckless at times. She is always the chance taker, and it seems to work out for her. Rielle is a proud person, rising up to challenges and always trying to prove herself to others. She looks after her friends, and is easy to get along with. Sometimes shes immature and has a squirrels attenton span. Despite that, she is a well trained fighter and if you make her angry, shes sure to blow something up. She keeps her history mostly hidden due to involvement in the White Fang when she was younger. Both of her parents were members of the White Fang who had left when she was around the age of 12. Having been enrolled in school to become a Huntress, she has always been told by her parents to keep that part of her life a secret. She had been warned by them time and time again that she had to grow strong in order to protect herself and the innocent people of the world. One year before attending Beacon, her parents suddenly went missing and she was taken in by a family friend who works as a teacher at Signal. Now her goal at becoming a Huntress is at the foremost importance in her mind. She wants to get stronger so she can face off against the White Fang since she is convinced they are the ones who took her parents.
She hopes graduation from Beacon will come soon, and that she will not be too late.
Weapon: Crossbow named Seraphine - Transforms into a Boomerang and a Spear; and the arrows are made of Fire
Semblance: Inferno: The ability to create and manipulate fire. She uses this ability as defense by coating her body in it, and as a weapon by creating her arrows out of fire. If she loses her temper, she may accidentally blow something up.
Strengths:
Knowledge: After seeing her enemy fight even once, she is able to quickly adapt and seek out/ exploit their weaknesses. She is a quick thinker, and thinks outside the box, often improvising when things don't seem to go the way she plans.
Skill: She is small and fast on her feet in close range, and has the added ability of flight and expert precision in long range. She often times can leave a match without a single hit being taken to her.
Weaknesses:
Semblance: Though if used properly it can be very powerful, due to Rielle's short temper, she has a hard time being able to use it to her best ability.
Social: Working with people can sometimes be a bit tricky for her. It is mostly because people don't take her seriously, thinks she is weak, and say she is 'too small to do anything significant."
