Rosina listened intently as the boy answered all her questions. She smiled wide when he gave her her very first pokeball. He introduced himself as Carter Dane and then suggested they could be partners.
"Oh, i forgot to introduced myself as well. My name is Rosina Orla and I'd love to be your partner!" she threw her hands up in excitement thrn reached into her bag and pulled out her belt that would eventually hold her pokemon team. Putting it on then looking at the pokeball, she called to Azurill who bounced over a moment later with Carter's Teddiursa in tow.
"Azurill. Look what i have! Its your pokeball!" she said excitedly. Doing what she had saw trainers do on t.v, she gently tossed the pokeball at het Azurill who was then surrounded by a red glow, then pulled into the ball. She waited while the ball wiggled three times before making a light sound. Reaching down to pick it up, she held it in her hands and looked at Carter.
"This is so cool. I cant wait until i get to make more new pokemon friends. As a Ranger, once you were done using a pokemon to help with a mission, you had to say goodbye, no matter how close you got. The only pokemon i ever got to really bond with is my Azurill since he was my partner." she gave a half smile. "Hopefully now i wont have to say many more goodbyes." she looked at the pokeball that Azurill was inside and frowned.
"How do i get him out?" she poked the center and it got bigger again. "Oh." she placed it on the ground and Azurill came back out, smiling happily. "Rill, rill!"
Rosina looked around at the others in the group. "Is the Professor going to give all of us a Pokedex? There are alot of us here. Maybe he'll make some groups." she finished, placing a hand on her hip.
