Personal Problem:

Steve has a problem with his temper, he ussually gets angry about nothing. And this could sometimes bring the team in great danger for he hates to be challanged and would chase after anyone who dares to challange him, no mather if it could be a trap or not.

Personality:

Steve isn't the kind of guy who you would call sweet, he ussually has a face that tells you to "FCK OFF" but he has a kind heart.
For those who know Steve longer would also say that it's just him being like that, Hard on the outside, sweet on the inside.
For he would go trough flames and storms for his true friends, and would even spill blood if he has to.
Steve's body is the most inmportant thing to him, for he is quite muscular and loves to workout to keep in shape.

History:

Steve comes from a poor familie, his father died when he was 6 and his mother went into depression afterwards.
Steve was the only one capable of taking care of his little brother and sister who were just three years old, Steve worked hard each and every day untill even his mother passed away. Once that happend something snapped inside of Steve's head and he went beserk, the only thing that could calm him were his siblings who, even dow they got a few good punches towards them, hugged steve from the front and made sure that they kept hugging him untill he calmed down.
After that Steve kept having his anger problems and would punch anyone who would even glance at him in the wrong way, but because of his siblings always being by his side he kept his calm for them.
Once Steve became 16, he had to lose even his siblings in a carcrash caused by a drunk driver, which made Steve go insane, his siblings died in the hospital and once Steve was released by the cops for interogation, he searched day and night for the driver, and finally after months of searching he found him, but his calmt was no where to be found, for that driver killed the ones who could keep him calm. He punched the driver to death, and Steve got arrested. placed into a institute for teenagers like him and there he got quite some scars, fights and even killed a few times more.
After a few years, the Defence force recrutied him, aldo they kept a strict eye on him because of his temper.

Powerless

He didn't remember when he got inside of this place... But he could remember the day that they brought him here, it was like being in hell, his powers didn't worked anymore. Just like always John was sitting in one of the corners, writing inside a book. Everything he saw, everything he knew about the asylum. Aldo it was inmpossible to escape this place, he just tought that it was handy to keep a notebook about this place. Somehow it felt like there was more to it that it really showed from the inside and outside.
As he wrote down everything he saw, he glanced trough the hall, everybody that was truelly insane and wasn't able to be among the 'normal' people was inside the asylum, and yet something felt odd. Something that made sure that his eyes kept looking into the crowd of people that were sitting, standing or laying down. Somehow he felt a certain appeal that there were more like him inside of this place, and yet everybody seemed the same.

As he stood up, he closed his notebook and shoved it inside of his shirt, stuck between his pants and body so that no body would truelly see it or would be able to steal it. His pencil was kept behind his ear, almost like a teacher. But the look on his face was as always empty, he didn't felt sorry for no one and certainly woudn't start to feel sorry for anyone inside of this place. As he tucked his hands inside of his pockets he started to walk across the room, not to think, but to observe everyone who just came in and those who were already inside of this place for a longer period. Somehow he knew that there was more to it than they showed, and yet he could't put his finger on it.
Once he walked towards the other end of the room he turned around en started leaning against the wall, supporting himself by putting his foot against it, the same question kept going trough his mind "There is more to this place than it keeps showing... But what?!" as the question keeps rolling inside of his head, he keeps staring into the crowd. "Why can't I use my power inside of this place?" he wondered for decades about that question, but still it lurked within the back of his mind.

As he shaked his head he stared into the crowd again, different humanbeings inside of a tiny little castle built to keep them inside, and yet they don't even try to break out. Because in each castle there is a king, who rules with a strong hand, tells his knights what to do and even makes them kill in his name. And yet these guards barelly care about the humans inside the asylum, they just glance at their screens like there won't be a thing that will happen....

John has dark spiked hair, his eyes are deep blue and he has an averange lenght of body. He has a muscular build, aldo they aren't always visible trough his clothes.
John always tries to hide his body inside his clothes with long sleeves and hoodies.

Personality:

John is a person who rather is alone that being with other people, because of some issues that happend in the past.
Aldo John is a sweet and kind hearted guy, he is also willing to take a life no mather what the consecuences are.
John also barely speaks, he rather keeps in silent that being a talkative person, because for him actions say more than words do.

Superpower:

Mind Control ~ John can manipulate anyone with just having eyecontact, once he has the chance to glance into your eyes for just a moment, he can make you do anything he wants. Aldo it takes several seconds to give any command that John wants to give the target. And the longer the command the longer the time is needed to glance into the persons eyes.
For Example:
John looks into the targets eyes, gives the command jump. This takes 3 seconds to work for the command is short and simple.
John looks into the targets eyes, gives the command to run around town, buying all the candy in the shops and then return to John. This command is quite longer and needs more than 10 seconds to be able to work.

John his eyes glow up if he uses his power, aldo this glow only lasts for a second and afterwards it just dissapears, no mather how long he has eyecontact with the person, nor for how long he uses his power.

At the finals of his first tournament, he found out about his powers, with the long eyecontact that he had with his opponent, he found out every single move that his opponent would make, thanks to this he won the tournament and went home with quite a sum of money.
Once back in the sewers he found out he could control the rats with just a simple glance at their eyes, they did everything John said and John started to train these powers so he could become wealthy.
Once he became richer and richer, it was found out that he had this power, and it didnt last long before he was put inside the Asylum.

Other: John only uses his superpower when he needs to use it, otherways he just uses brute strenght for his fist were the first thing he could rely on.

Shadowreaper, your character seems to have two superpowers, one of which is too powerful in both my and CaptnBoobgrab's opinion. You could go with the mind controlling, but I'm going to ask you to put a limit to it.

After that you give these to the RPers and they create a character around them?
