@OutlawedPanda: It kind off is set in the near future indeed, but don't see it as TOOOOOOO far in the future :)
Just see it as perhaps... 10 to 30 years further into the future :)
So we will have everything that we have right now in our own world :)

The City

This would be the city {Don't pay any attention to the water xD}:

Purple = Palace of the emperor
Brown = The Slumbs ~ Low Class lives here.
Green = The Middle Class lives here.
Bottom Light Blue/Yellow = The High Class live here.
Top Light Blue = The Market
Blue = The Port
Aqua = The Entertainment ~ Think off: Prostitutes, illegal gambling, bars, disco's etc etc
Tan = Warehouses ~ These are for the low/middle classes. The High classes have warehouses at their own homes.

Something like this would be the City. The secret base of Night Raid will still be taken into thought :)

The weapons are all-round :) So this means: Guns, Swords, Bows, Axes, Snipers, Machine guns, etc, etc.
Although: Each character only has ONE kind of weapon ;) So this would mean: One sniper-user, One Machine gun-user, One sword-user etc etc :)
So that it will be equal towards the RP and the others ;)

P.S: Yes, some of the ideas were taken from the description of the picture ;) And yet I found it perfect to use as the city ^^

Night Raid ~ The Hunters in the Night

A world of unimaginable corruption, all spreading from the depraved prime minister who controls the child emperor’s ear.
The emperor himself who barelly knows of nothing, and keeps listening to the prime minister
A group filled with different kind of humans, all with their own aspects and weapon-style.
Hiden from sight, but active at night. They all walk a path wich no one would walk, for they are assassins.

This is somehow what it's all about. It is all about that group of assassins, wich hunt the wealthy, and corrupted humans in this world.
The emperor himself knows of nothing except for what the prime minister tells him, they are also highly guarded so killing them instantly would be impossible!
So instead, they hunt the citizens wich life in this gigantic and glorious city. Wich almost covers more of the earth than necessary.
The world is also filled with dangerous creatures, wich roam outside of the city, they are called Mystical Beasts. These beasts destroy towns and eat the living who are unprotected by the city.

So to ensure followers, and to make sure the prime minister will leave the city alone, these 8 assassins hunt and destroy the wicked to restore the light!

Operation: Psych-Out

As Ray glanced trough the group, he looked back at Rose. He still leaned against the tree, and just as he wanted to speak to her, Ray noticed a man coming down from the campus. So this would be our principle?...
As he started to speak about some of the girls powers, somehow she was a telepath... Wich just ment that Ray had to keep his mind focused always on one thing! For he didn't wanted to tell them any secrets, nor did he wanted to tell them who he was and what he did in his life.
As the principle looked towards Ray and asked him who he was and what his powers were, Ray just smiled. As the principle of this school, he would already know about Ray's powers, and his past life... And even his name.
"You already know this information, and i'll keep it at that"
Ray glanced at the man, as Ray smiled at him, but still... Ray was emotionless, no emotion would be seen on his face, nor in his voice.
Ray kept staring at the man, keeping himself in control at the same time for not taking the mans life. For he hated if one looked into his personal life, he hated it if one looked into his past and knew everything about him!
As Ray cleared his mind again, with just a small blink of his eyes, he looked at the man again.
"The others will eventually learn who i am and will also learn what my powers are. As for you... Don't ever try to look into my private life again..."
As he glanced back at Rose, he smiled "Next time, warn me if you enter these kind of trances, i'll plug in your earphones again"

Elementals: Void Assault

Ghost just listened to everything that occured inside... He also glanced at the others who were already outside...
So these were the guys he had to work together with... To save this godforsaken world?...
Ghost sighns as he then noticed his best friend in the shadows, Ghost smiled at him as he then dissapeared again.
His friend was everything to him, and he woudn't care if the others would die... But his friend, he would protect it with his own life!
As the gigantic waterwave left the cave Ghost stood up, so the old man finally threw them out! Was just about goddamn time...
As Ghost noticed the old man standing at the entrance of the cave, telling them that they had to save this world... And that they could call upon him when ever they wanted, Ghost smiled. The old man truelly had an remarkable heart... But somehow the old man had two faces aswell in Ghost his eyes... Most of these guys had two faces... And no one truelly dared to show both of them, except for Ghost for he can't truelly hide it that well since his powers activated...
Ghost stood up as he then leaned against the wall of the cave, glancing at each and everyone, waiting for them to make a move towards one of the two destinations, or to split up the teams so that they could attack both encampments at the same time.

Operation: Psych-Out

Ray didn't bother himself with the others, as he was done meditating, he stood up and looked around. It seemed a guy was making quite a entrance as he blew up some glass... The guy near the car almost sended a large glass shard into the back of the guy... Ray knew this would be quite the test on him... For these men and women all were trying to be the best... Or atleast the men were... Ray glanced trough the group as he noticed a girl passing out, and yet... Something didn't felt that right about it.
Should he?... He shakes his head as he then walks towards the girl near the tree, if she was in a trance she had to be woken up... As Ray got next to the girl, he opened her eyes, noticing that they were moving quite fast...
Ray sighns as he then slaps her face with quite a force, leaving a red handprint onto her right cheek. If this didn't helped, then i don't know what will...
As Ray waited for the girl to react to the slap, he started to lean against the tree, none of them knew Ray's powers... They only saw what happened when he would meditate... For Ray this was a good thing, for he rather kept his powers a secret for now...
Although the telekinese guy is quite powerful... And the other one, who blew out the windows... Ray should keep an eye on him aswell...
But for now Ray kept his eyes on Devon, for perhaps... There would be something more to him than there is on the outside...

Carry On My Wayward Son

Kyra still sat there... On the floor with her back against the wall... This time she was glancing at the sky, for perhaps they would hold the true answer...
As a bird lands near he rand started to caw at her, she grins, she grabs a small pebble and throw it towards the bird, as she then stands up.
It was useless staying here... But going back after that fight with Chase and Gabriel... She signs as she walks towards a building and enters it. As she saw a few chairs trough the room, all laying on the ground, like they never have been used, she smiles. She grabs a chair and puts it back on its legs as she sits down on it.
As she grabs a book from the pouches around her belt, she goes trough it and stops at the part of how to be able to allow an angel or demon inside your body... Would she really do it?... Or... She closes the book with a slam, as she then puts it back in... She wanted to throw it away but the book was worth more than her life would be...
As she sees a shadow move within the building she glances towards it, was there a demon inside this building?! She stands up as she slowly walks towards the exit of the building.. Keeping her eyes onto the shadows!
As she leaves the building, she starts running, she didn't knew where she would run towards, but she did knew that she had to get away from that building!
