Several things absurdly wrong with that. First, Nexus is a PvP safe zone. A "shot" would've just gone through the player. Second, Ares is not wear his equipment so how would Dragon's character know who to look for. So, no, Ares has not been shot by anything and will resume my next post as if nothing has happened.
There's a manner to get through this.
If a player is "Hacking" or "Griefing", they could get by the PVP-free rulings. But in return...They'd be hunted down and killed to set an example. So Vick could get his stuff back.
EDIT: SP potions currently aren't buyable until level 5. They'll heal for 30 SP a pop and cost 20g per due to the nature of how much they're used.
