By the time Rhyss regained conciousness his wounds were more or less fully healed, and the assassin..no...He was sure he saw something far different than OniKage, the demonic assassin... He had heard stories about it as a boy in his village, they called them 'The Holy Ones', 'God's Avengers'. He had brushed it off as simply a interesting story, and at the very least now believed them all dead. If this is true, given how psychotic this one acts, everyone including SOLDIER could be in big trouble. As soon as he was able to coherently form words and see clearly he watched as Mithias began to cry blood and collapse on him. And here he was asking HIM if HE was ok. "Mithias!" Rhyss yelled ask he shook him, no response. "Damn.." Rhyss said. He shoved Mithias off of his chest and stood slowly and dizzily. His entire scouting force destroyed, Mithias possibly dead, no damn idea where Martin was, he decided to pick Mithias up and run full force back to Kilo Point.
It wasn't far and he could run a hell of a lot faster than those Jeeps could go, he put his staff back on his back, picked Mithias up, and began to run.
Magnus sucked in a deep breath of air and regained his composure, while Vampires do not need to breath, the cold wind and air takes its toll on his humanoid parts. I'm sure all of you are well accustomed to fighting with brute strength and force, but we need more than just ourselves and brute force to win this. We will need the extent of my weaponry to take it down, much of it what Stein himself invented. I wonder if he fully realized I had him invent it for the sole purpose of destroying him and Terebitha.."
