"Magnus, your...guest...is on the training floor. He has incapacitated several vampires and has taken a belt of grenades from the armory. How would you like me to proceed?" BOB sounded in the elevator. "Hm...Spin up the turrets, blow the belt of grenades. It seems Johnathan has overstayed his welcome." Magnus replied. Shortly after the elevator stopped on the floor with a ding, turret fire was heard followed by a explosion. Sure, the grenades exploding wouldn't kill him, but it would throw him off guard. Magnus sat down in the elevator and closed his eyes, completely still, focusing on Johnathan. Shortly after Magnus appeared several feet in front of Johnathan, an illusion. "Why, hello Johnathan." Magnus told him. "Do tell, why have you broken several of my soldiers and forced me to dent my walls with that explosion?"

He grinned staring at Johnathans brief moment of shock. "Pick yourself up man. Surely that mild explosion didn't rattle you that much?" Magnus told him, grin growing wider revealing his long sharp teeth. "I take it you are here to kill me, and take over this army of mine, yes? Well, I can't have that now can I?" He continued standing there, grinning, taunting.
After she had finished eating Lightning made her way to one of the sniper posts setting up her gun, attaching the scope, and making sure the right rounds were loaded when similtaneously all the lights went out. Screams were heard around the outpost, quickly she looked through her scope. Darkness, nothing but darkness, even with a night vision scope. Something was clearly wrong here.

She slung her bag over her shoulder and descended the steps to the ground, promptly swapping out mags for shotgun shells at the bottom. She proceeded slowly down the road, looking in every direction for hostiles, human or otherwise. Nothing, and everything had gone silent. "Matt! Mithias!" She called out, no answer. What the hell was going on? She ran in the direction she assumed was the command office and flung the door open, empty. Then to the barracks, empty. Every building, empty, as if the world had simply swallowed them whole never to be found again.
Matt had no idea where the hell he was, but it was obviously somewhere in a forest. He had hoped it was near Kilo Point, he walked through the forest chakram in hand. It was completely silent, nothing. Something was definitely wrong...he continued walking, soon he felt a evil prescence, as if satan himself had spawned on the world to destroy everything that came in his path. He walked a bit farther and he could make out two faint outlines, "Hello?" He called.

OI! Matt, why you breaking my peoples? The door would have opened for you ya nut...

Shikaru, if the bullets are blessed by a priest, or are made from melted down crosses or something, do they do more damage to a vampire? can the wounds from them be healed or... ?

Only heal if the bullet either A. Goes all the way through or B. They dig it out.

So...Do we go straight to all out battle?Or do the big league mofo's go in first to to recon and sabotage, and then send in the armies?Do we have armies? Or is this gonna be skirmish?Maybe Shikaru can post a overview of the beginning of the battle soon?A bit of narration to show what all the npc's are doing in the backdrop.

Mass general chaos of destroying everything in sight to do with SOLDIER and anyone that gets in the way. Basically the higher ups would go in first, do the preliminary breaking of the shit, and the army would show up with the guns and the armor and the one guy in a tank and the cars. Assume there are around a even number of SOLDIER, slightly less count than the vampires, but near even.
Can I kill Matt? .-.
Lmfao @ the nokia
Lightning shrugged then said "Alright, why not. Nothing better to do than sit on my ass while I wait on the attack that may or may not happen." She proceeded to walk away from the two, towards the armory.
Magnus grinned as he walked down the corridor and into the elevator. "Magnus the equipment you requested has finally been made. It is ready in your private gear room." BOB Sounded in the elevator. "Excellent...thank you BOB." Magnus replied. He pushed the number 7 on the elevator, level 7 was a off limits area to where only the higher ups could enter, accessed by voice commands, security measures ready to utterly destroy anyone that forced their way in.

Down here was all sorts of special gear Magnus was having a team of scientists...experiment..with. As well as Magnus' room. The elevator stopped with a ding and the door opened. "Access Code 01273." Magnus said, as he had many times before. He strode down the corridor, at the end was his room. He pressed his hand to the scanner on the outside and the lock clicked on the door to his room. He opened the door and closed it behind him. On a table in front of him were a new pair of claws, daggers attached to powerful steel cable wrapped in soft cloth attached to a belt, and a trenchcoat. To the average person all these items looked fairly normal, but to Magnus they were new toys of destruction.

The claws, longer and bigger than his current were also serrated on the top, made out of a very durable and sharp ceramic material like his sirelings, Dresden, sword. On top of that, small holes not visible by the naked eye, are around each claw on each set of claws. Why? On each glove is a small button, that when pressed, releases a deadly poison from the holes from a container in the top of the gloves. Depending on the dosage, it can range from many doses, to just one almost instantly lethal dose. Depending on the age of the vampire, it can even kill vampires, or greatly inhibit their functions and mobility.

The daggers attached to the belt are electrified, the belt being the conduit. Inside said belt are many micro batteries, capable of holding charge for long periods of time. To save charge on the belt, the daggers aren't infinitely charged. Wires imbedded into the daggers hold a maximum amount of power on a circuit infinitely, this also makes the daggers extremely hot burning the unfortunate victim. The daggers attach to small metallic pieces a few inches above Magnus' wrists, a small button at the end of the piece, that when pressed, shoot the dagger out with great force and speed, stabbing into and proceeding to fry whatever is in front of him.

The daggers then lose all charge, taking around 10 minutes to fully recharge, they can of course be fired faster but they won't really give off any charge. The cable is fed through two small boxes on either side, so as to easily retract the daggers as well as give Magnus more mobility.

Lastly is the trenchcoat, while it looks like an ordinary trenchcoat it has one special feature, it's bulletproof and armored. While as with anything enough bullets will go through any armor, it is still able to withstand a lot of punishment. It is also lightly armored to withstand some melee and blunt damage. It also has a few compartments so Magnus can carry a refill or two on his poison.

He took his old claws and laid them on the table, then wrapped the belt around his waist and attached the daggers to the pieces above his wrists, put the trenchcoat on, and donned his new claws. He grinned evilly, with this and his coming army SOLDIER didn't stand a chance. He checked the clock on his wall, time reading 6:45PM. Soon, it would be time. "The rest of your guests are arriving, Magnus. Shall I let them in?" BOB's voice echoed around his room. "Why, of course, the party is just about to begin. While you are at it, go ahead and send a bunker wide announcement telling everyone who was trained to use some kind of weapon to gear up, and everyone to get some armor." Magnus replied. Only a few knew how to use guns, even fewer knew how to do so without shooting themselves. Fortunately the concept of wielding a sword or knife wasn't hard for most of them to grasp, so what, his army was comprised of mostly idiots swinging swords or using their bare hands, what mattered to him was that he had the advantage.

Fortunately for him, all current century vampires knew how to drive, even more fortunately he had vehicles. One had even served in the army in his human days, so he knew how to drive a tank. Floor 6 housed the armory and had a tunnel leading out of a hidden exit, perfect for a sneak attack. He opened his door grinning as he walked back, closing it behind him, and started walking down the corridor to the elevator once more. Tonight would be a fun night
Let's speed things along a bit eh?
Matt stared at the busted syringe injector for a moment before talking "You know, I have no idea. They don't tell me everything. Not really sure why, since vamp blood ain't good for much. Hell, can't even get sick." Matt told him with a laugh. "As for the whole 'defending Kilo Point and illegal weapons' Yea, I got the report on that. Not sure who would be ordering weapons out here...But, yea. Not sure how, or why, but the higher ups are rather sure that a attack will happen soon. Not really sure why they expect that, nothing more than a few vampires have been spotted per the usual." Matt sighed and shrugged "But what ya gunna do, am I right?"

Lightning glared and slapped him in the back of the head "You really need to take shit more seriously Matt. If they were right you would be the first one to die with your whole self assured and care free attitude." She told him. "Sometimes you make me wish I had've left you on that street to get eaten by those vamps Light."He replied with a sigh rubbing the back of his head. "Anywho Varomere, you should make yourself known to the rest of the officers around so they don't try to shoot you when you grab gear from the armory, then proceed to investigate the area per command's orders."
Magnus frowned before talking "Of course it's always something profound and important with you, isn't it Johnathan? No, 'Hi Magnus, how have you been these past few centuries? How was your day? Kill anyone interesting lately?'" He sighed. "Oh well, can't be helped...you've always been like that haven't you? In any case...Of course I knew about the oldbloods and the SOLDIER elites...You didn't think I simply holed up in here for years gutting people did you? Several are coming to aide me...infact one of SOLDIER's own should be arriving shortly, or arrived already. A Elite. According to intel I....acquired...he seems easily controllable and easy to convince. With any luck and if everything goes according to plan he will join me."

He grinned as he looked at him, pointed teeth glistening in the light. "You should join me to you know, with you on my side we could easily crush them. It's imperative that I win this war...if I don't SOLDIER will eventually succeed in wiping out every vampire in America and soon the world. I've seen groups try it before...you yourself did so in the Crusades. The Compact is nothing more than SOLDIER and the governments way of controlling the vampires like helpless sheep, eventually closing in for the kill." He told him. "But of course, it's entirely up to you. Having you join would only ensure victory. Of course...I would have to convince Gabriel to either leave us be or atleast not interfere majorly. That is a task of it's own..."

"You're welcome to stay until you make up your mind, make yourself at home and what not." He said and turned walking down the corridor as the steel door finished closing itself. Johnathan would find that it would open by itself once more just to let him out, but not back in unless he decided to join Magnus.
Going to have to magically age Matt by 10 years to fit a recent post....shifty shifty ninja hax k.
