I enjoy super emo posts that question the identify of "good" and "evil."

You mean right on the verge of a psychotic break? Yea, me too :P.
Hai wraith, what timezone you in? Also posted something that could probably deter Mithias from drinking vamp blood ever again, lol.
Magnus simply sat cross-legged in front of the boulder blocking the chamber of the cave Mithias was located, if SOLDIER wanted him he would need to be spared to move the boulder at the very least, unless of course, there was a vampire as strong as he on their side. About a hour or so later he heard a noise coming opposite of the boulder, movement, fabric scraping ever so slightly against cave floor. Mithias was awake. "So, Finally awake I see? Enjoy your nap?" Magnus said, sarcasm evident in his voice. "I had truly hoped it would have been easier, but no, you and your loyalty to that pathetic SOLDIER. You do realize, they only keep vampires alive on their side to erradict all vampire kind?" Magnus told him. "Nevertheless, they don't stand a chance without elders like myself in their ranks, quite a pathetic sight, a elder in SOLDIER. Perhaps, you will reconsider my offer of joining me in time..either way I will get what I want. You know, I could make you like me, nearly invincible. Remove your heart, never worry about the vulnerabilites of your heart again. Of course, this would only he possible if you cursed everything those SOLDIER bastards fed you and swear your allegience to me. Imagine, power beyond your imagining. With SOLDIER eliminated we will be free to do as we want, when we want." Magnus paused for a moment as if to catch his breath. "Might I also add, drinking vampire blood can be....quite un-healthy. Like russian roulette, sometimes it strengthens you, empowers you. Other times..well let's just say I was more sane a long time ago. Human blood, much more safe, much better effects however temporary."

It was true, Magnus had indeed over the years drank vampire blood from his fallen foes. He had heard rumors, stories of it vastly increasing your strength. Well, it did in-fact help him. But, no one ever told him the bad effects some blood carried. He had once faced a opponent much like him with psychic abilites, once the other vampire fell he began to drink it's blood, hoping to further his own abilities. Then, something went wrong, a rage overcame him. He saw red and nothing else, tearing down anything in front of him, humans, vampires, trees, anything that he thought stood in his way. Ever since the rage overtook him at random, over the years he had learned to be able to control it partially, use it to his advantage. In rare occasions he could fully control it, using it to land a killing blow or escape from situations that would otherwise be the end of him.
Matt and Rhyss both paused, deep in thought. In truth, the plan could work..but it wasn't exactly what Rhyss wanted alongside his own agenda. Rhyss shook his head, he had know Mithias briefly, he wouldn't have went down without a fight. And where there was a fight, there would be blood, he knew Magnus would re-locate. Of course, it could also help him with his own needs...if he could kill the teams going into the cave without too much of a hassle he could weaken their forces. Matt was first to begin speaking, but Rhyss quickly interrupted him "Yes..This could work... Though, I'd expect Magnus to have Mithias guarded with his strongest. Could pose a problem. That is why..I will personally lead the assault team to search out the cave." Rhyss told them as he retrieved Bunker Buster from it's holster on his back. "Only a vampire as old as myself and Magnus could withstand the effects of this bad boy." Rhyss told them. "Fully automatic shotgun with glass vials encased in silver shrapnel bullets engraved with crucifixes, fry the sons of bitches from the inside out." Rhyss grinned and put the gun back on his back, partly because he liked his badass weapon, mostly because of the chaos that would soon ensue from his hand.

"So, When are we going to move out?" Rhyss asked. "We'd want to go as soon as possible, while he may be holding him hostage, I'd doubt he'd keep him alive for long if he posed a threat to his location." Matt replied.
I'm not a cookie >:0 I'm a cake :3

No sane person would run trough a warzone stealing things. getting so close to that fight. And steal johnathans sword only to plant it his a grave later.

Exactly. Lol. I knew from the start Martin had mental issues of some kind, either general insanity or a actual disease.
Rhyss yanked the door open nearly ripping it off it's hinges and stared down at the man. So, this must be Miller. "You gunna come in or are ya gunna just stare like a idiot?" Rhyss told him. He stepped to the side allowing Miller to enter. So, this was the guy who aided them in the first assault in Kilo Point. Rhyss had kept on radio the entire time since Miller had called in for backup and supplies, this is how he heard Mithias call in Code Onyx. "Now, how exactly do you plan to assess this situation? Now it's gotten worse, a hostage situation. Frankly our priorities are killing Magnus, one man's life is a hell of a lot less than Magnus has taken alone." Matt stared at him, bewildered. "Look, I don't care who the hell you are, we already lost a lot of men. This base CANNOT survive another attack. We need all the men we can get." Matt told him. "Miller is in charge of the Tac-Unit, I'm sure he has dealt with this situation before. Miller?"
I did. Lol.
Magnus smirked, removing the claw from his prominent right hand. "Well, I guess we will have to do this the hard way? Shall we?" He told him before delivering a powerful right hook to Mithias's jaw, he went backwards a few inches and hit the ground, unconcious. Putting his claw back on Magnus grabbed Mithias and hefted him up over his shoulders, he could head the faint sounds of vehicles in the distance. He ran back to the area Lightning was at and ordered her to return to the Kilo Point HQ and tell them he had Mithias hostage, she didn't hesitate, she ran off as quickly as she could grabbing to other half of her gun to leave as little evidence as possible. He had to re-locate to a different area of the forest, the brokens limbs and blood was a dead giveaway of his location. He had to think fast, SOLDIER would be upon the area soon searching for the homing beacon in the jet. There was another cave, not far from here, deeper into the forest. He began running, he hoped he could remember the exact location.

Deeper and deeper into the forest, trying to stay in thick grass to mask the drops of blood as best as possible. The current blood wasn't his, no, it was from Mithias's recent wounds. He ran into a few dead ends, but eventually found the cave he had thought of. Shoving through the vines over the cave entrance he entered, he dropped Mithias in one of the room areas. He could use part of the vines as rope, though it wouldn't really hold him. He grabbed one of the large boulders in the cave and put it in front of the opening of Mithias's makeshift cell as best as posisble. It wouldn't hold him for long, but perhaps it would give him time for his plan to be set in motion.

Lightning soon reached Kilo Point, she had almost been spotted a few times, only a few SOLDIER remained outside. She bolted inside the door leading to the inside of the base and nearly broke the door down to get into Matt's office. "It's the old-blood.."She said near the point of collapsing from exhaustion. "He has...Mithias.." Was the last words she said before collapsing. Matt signaled for the nurse before closing the door to his office. Rhyss simply stood there, thinking it over. Matt got on the radio "Miller. It's Magnus, the old-blood. He has Mithias hostage, for what reason I do not know. Do NOT risk tracking him. We can't risk losing anymore good men. On the other hand this could very well be a trap. Don't bother with the tracking beacon, there's a good chance it's a trap as well. Get back to base, I have someone here who will help deal with this issue."

Rhyss was going to question Matt's judgement, but Matt had been correct, or atleast, he had said something that would aid him in his plans. Now all he had to do was wait and let things unfold for theirselves.
