Bio - Josh had been at the centre from a very young age. His whole life he has been trying to escape. He swore he would get out of the centre and kill everyone that put him and the others there. He had been there for a while before his sister showed up. Well, his stepsister. He knew it was rare for two children of the same family to have the gene. He wished it was even rarer. He didn't even know they were related until he had talked to her to make sure they were ok. From there, they were deep in conversation and parents were mentioned.
Personality - Josh is a kind and caring person. Especially towards children. He'll protect them with his life if he has to. The main reason he wants to kill the staff is for putting the children here. He always puts others in front of him and will always make sure they're ok before he does anything for himself. He always puts in effort to talk to the kids and make sure they're ok. Especially his sister.

Bio - Cerys grew up normally. She didn't even know about Josh or his family. When Josh's dad started seeing her mum, she just assumed he was a random with no kids. That's what he told them. She was taken into the centre when she was 9 where she quickly bonded with Josh after they started talking.
Personality - She's shy around new people but will open up when she gets used to you. This isn't always a good thing. If she doesn't like you she'll tell you- she doesn't really understand the concept of other people's feelings.
Power - Telekinesis, but only when her eyes are shut
