Weapon: The Damascus Mark IV (DAPS-A4E5) is a self sealing suit of armor. Featuring advanced and complex technology which gives the suit a Heads Up Display/IRNV, enhanced strength and speed, protection against the elements, CO2 Scrubbers so the user can operate in a hostile environment with ease, temperature control, and insulation. Damascus's armor is made of an non-newtonian filled carbon nanotube undersuit which can withstand up to 22 million pounds per square inch, the non-newtonian component of the undersuit automatically solidifies the undersuit against high-velocity ballistics. The armor plating itself is composite, comprised of layers of different types of armor sandwiched between different types of armor, this gives the plating high effectiveness against penetrating weapons, slash based weapons, and heat based weapons, with above average protection of blunt weapons. The composite armor is currently unnamed, and Ineko is currently conducting and planning the testing of the composite armor against more exotic forms of weapons. The suit itself can accept a variety of modifications and be upgraded, although, these modifications have to be custom made and tailored specifically to the Damascus. Something which Ineko can do, although not quickly.
The Damascus carries 6 small drones on its back, these drones will be launched into the air where they will hover and survey the battle-area as the user fights. Data from the drones will be sent to the user to provide situational awareness. At first glance, the Damascus has no weapons, but upon closer inspection, one can note that the Damascus itself was built to contain a weapon. Armor plates that interfere with movement have servos that will shift the plate as to not interfere with mobility. The suit has energy conduits throughout the armor which will grant the user the ability to control lightning. However, the electricity used comes from the suits energy store, so usage drains power from the suit. Ineko has modified the energy conduits to emit intense amounts of photons, instead of electricity. The result is what he calls photonic lightning, a high density laser that acts much like lightning as a side effect of the size of the modified energy conduits. The original plan was to have normal, straight firing lasers, but Ineko has settled on Photonic Lightning, as he believes it to be a more effective short-mid range supplement to his fighting style.
The Damascus is heavily reliant on the skills of the user to be effective.
Semblance: The language of machines. Ineko can speak to anything that is made of technology. Stuff like phones, drones, coffee machines, laptops, pretty much anything mechanical, technological or robotic. The complexity of said object is something to note. To Ineko, speaking to a normal lamp will be like speaking to a small creature. While it wont be able to speak back, it will be able to convey emotion, wants, primal needs and such. For the much more complex machines, for example, a cyborg, it will be capable of 'speech', and as a result, can hold a conversation with Ineko. For some machines, they wont be able to talk effectively, but if they have a camera, they can copy and send what they see to Ineko, who will be able to see what they see.

The war has raged on for so long that, where there were millions of Autobots and Decepticons battling on Cybertron, there are only a few thousand left, scattered across the galaxy. The war seemed to just simmer down to nothing, after the Autobots left Cybertron. With the Decepticons hot on their heels, the Autobots had no choice but to scatter in hopes of disappearing. Now, countless Autobots are lost. Some are tired of the war, and only seek to live in solitude, others... Others know that the Decepticons will not stop. That they will not rest until the Autobots are completely destroyed.
The last Autobot transport to leave Cybertron, the Ark, carrying a crew of several hundred left to seek out a new home for the Autobots. The ship was commanded by the indomitable Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots. Megatron, the leader of the Decepticons was not going to simply let them leave. He took his warship, the Nemesis and pursued Optimus and the Ark. After a brief battle, the Ark crashed on Earth. With the Autobots seemingly defeated, the Decepticons began their conquest of Earth.
But the Autobots were far from finished, rising from the wreckage, the Autobots fought the Decepticons back. Now, Optimus Prime calls out to the stars to his missing Autobots. The war is raging again.

-The Autobots have large underground bases scattered over North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The Autobots cooperate with the nations in said continents. While the Decepticons control South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
-The main Autobot Headquarters is the Ark, in the US State of Oregon. The primary HQ of the Decepticons is the Nemesis, which is still space-worthy.
-There are Energon mines throughout the world.
-The Human Race knows that the Cybertronians exist, but most of the nations on Earth have not confirmed it, but nor are they denying it.
-There is a constant influx of Decepticons and Autobots, as they rally to Optimus and Megatron from across the galaxy.
