"What purpose does this serve?" Beliya asked Ineko, who had just gestured that Gideon should take any bed, he peered back towards her and saw the glass cube she was carrying, which was rather small in size. No more than six by six by six inches, mostly filled with dirt. He set down the toolbox and searched himself for his voxkey, a rather large, elaborate looking key. He jammed it into a lot in his neck, producing an audible clank, then turned it several clicks. Taking it out and placing it back into his pack, he spoke, much softer this time. More of a normal indoor voice, knowing that Gideon would likely want to rest in relative quiet.
"An experiment given to me by an elderly scientist. The same one who gave me this." Ineko explained, he lifted his chin and tapped his throat with two fingers, "And the Mark I edition of my suit." Ineko sat down on one of his crates, "The experiment is to see if biomechnical life can naturally occur, we're talking evolution accelerated million fold, for a type of life not suited for our planet, made to suit our planet." He began, "That experiment was started approximately 80 years ago by a researcher named Noximilien I'Lechor, he passed it onto the Scientist who gave the opportunity to become a Hunter, who then passed it onto me. Monsieur Noximilien I'Lechor, after passing it down, mysteriously disappeared. And after I was given the experiment, the previous owner disappeared as well." He said tapping his chin, emotion in his speech was more distinguishable now that he wasn't yelling, and there was an obvious curiosity when he mentioned the disappearances. "Anyways, the experiment appears to be progressing well, however slowly. Since I was given the experiment approximately 13 years ago, the 'seed' in the box has had a rise in energy 4.24x10^-63 percent!" He exclaimed, albeit a limited exclamation since he couldn't raise his voice with his excitement, "It could just be that it was in the sun for a longer time when I measured, but I like to be optimistic." Ineko finished with a smile on his face, although his helmet wouldn't exactly show that smile.
After the ceremony, Ineko, his armor now covered in scratches and dents, turned to his team. "LET'S GET SOME DOWN TIME IN OUR ROOM.", he said, sure that everyone was at least winded. The four traveled down the hallway, with Ineko leading the way. They arrived at their designated dorm after picking up some of their baggage. Ineko opened the door and they entered their living room, which was mostly empty.

There was a large pile of green military shipping style boxes, with sophisticated looking locks on them. Ineko smiled as the top boxes automatically opened. "I DIDN'T EXPECT THEM TO ACTUALLY DO THIS. MAN, WE'RE GOING TO NEED SOME TABLES." He remarked. He set his baggage down and started to sort through his small mountain of boxes. They contained various tools, several cans of paint that was only marked by numbers, a glass box with dirt inside, and a lot of technology bits.

Reminder that this is the basic layout of the dorm room.
If you thought I was dead prior to my post,

I ain't dead.
Immediately after Bruce rappelled down the cliff edge, Ineko followed. He struggled a little bit, having never really rappelled before with chain. He botched the landing, stumbling a little bit, but he caught himself. Immediately after his recovery, he looked around, seeing dozens of holes bored into the walls of the large cavern they were in. If something lived in those holes, they were surrounded. Ineko frowned at the thought, if they were surrounded, the only way out would be to fight their way out. And both of them had no idea what kind of creatures lived in these caves. After he finished the thought, he heard a chittering and turned to where it was coming from. He saw a large insect like creature crawling out of one of the holes. It chittered again and then the entire cavern was filled with the thunderous uproar, drowning out all noise. Save for one word, said by a rather loud armored student.
"SHIT."

The insect like creature leapt down and Ineko got a better look at it. It was a massive mantis, standing roughly 9 feet tall. It slashed at him horizontally, which Ineko dodged by ducking. As the blade passed over him, the drones on his back undocked and flew upwards, scanning the area. A small map appeared at the corner of Ineko's HUD, and on it, dozens of red dots crawling out of the walls. Definitely surrounded.

Ineko thought curses as he dodged slash after slash, it was incredibly fast. And Ineko barely could clear its attacks, after a moment of gauging his opponent he went on the offensive. He stepped inwards, avoiding two slashes. Leaning in, he punched the center mass of the creature with both fists, opening with an oriental martial art based on an animal, to fight an animal. The mantis staggered back, then went right back into the fight, slashing again. Ineko caught the right upper arm of the mantis and punched the joint with his other fist. The impact tore the arm off of the creature. It reeled back in pain, meanwhile, Ineko tossed the arm aside and dashed forwards. Thrusting his right arm into the gaping wound, he got as far as his elbow. The entire torso of the mantis then exploded in a massive flash of light, lances of lightning arced to surrounding creatures and fried them. Other lances arced to the walls and ceiling, disrupting the relatively thin rock and dirt above their heads. Ineko didn't notice it however, he was hard pressed to defend himself against the other creatures.
GRIMM. Ineko replied, "WE SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. THE CAVES THEY'RE GOING INTO IS OUT OF THE WAY AND ITS WELL DEFENDED."
The map flickered off and Ineko spoke to the drones. Two darted towards the entrance of the caves, three flew up to provide sight from above, and the last hovered around Bruce. "HE WILL BE YOUR GUIDE WHEN WE REACH THE CAVES. I'LL DO SOME FIELD MODIFICATIONS WHEN WE REACH THE CAVES." Ineko explained, he began to move towards the cave entrance, expecting Bruce to follow.

After a short walk, they arrived at the cave entrance. The two forward scout drones were close to the ground, examining the tracks left by the grimm. One drone flew into the cave for a second, then came out. A stream of data poured out. Ineko turned to Bruce, "THE LIGHT LEVELS IN THE CAVE ARE LOWER THAN 0.389 LUX." As if on cue, the drone that was following Bruce hovered forwards and then flipped upside down. A small panel opened up on its underside and Ineko somehow produced a small case of tools. He tinkered with the circuitry for about a minute and then stowed his tools and the drone righted itself, closing the panel. It tested the new field modifications, its holographic projector now became a makeshift flashlight. Bright enough to provide sight in the caves, but not bright enough to disrupt the night vision built into Ineko's helmet too much.

Ineko docked his drones, save for the one with the flashlight modification, and walked into the cave entrance. He switched on his night vision, everything turning shades of green. After about 5 minutes of travelling downhill, he entered a massive cavern and was met with a cliff. Ineko looked down the cliff and scratched his head, it was a pretty long drop, but no longer than the cliff that they ziplined down during the beginning of the test. He scratched his head and thought of a way to get down there.

Sure you could use all that, but you could also use.....THE WABBAJACK!!

The Wabbajack, from The Elder Scrolls I assume, has nothing to do with the Blood-Aura thing we're talking about. The Wabbajack transforms someone into another biological being, nothing about the blood I assume would be changed.

But if it is a magic stick, then the Iron turns into an ogre and OHH MY GOD HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MUCH HEALTH? DIE!! and...i'm dead.(Guess what magic stick it is)

Unfortunately that's where that metaphor ends. Because if the stick has been enchanted, then it must have been tampered with, it's easy to modify a stick since it's a stick.

Blood is a different matter all together. Dust, the only source of energy/magic in this setting that I know of, is described as either a crystal, or a powder. The only logical way for your blood to have magical properties is if you infuse your blood with powdered Dust. However, your body will identify the powdered Dust as a foreign object and begin to start rejecting it in some way. Alternatively, if somehow you acquire Dust in such a fine powder, and in such quantities that it would do something, you would suffer some severe changes in your brain chemistry, as Dust is a foreign object and all blood travels through your brain.
Another issue brought up is that Dust is a non-biological object, once you use it, or it bleeds out of your body, the dust:blood ratio in your body lowers and it becomes less effective. The only way to increase the dust:blood ratio is to inject more of this extremely fine powdered dust into your blood stream.

I think our GM's issue with this is that Blood has no relation to Aura. Blood is a material object with no properties relating to Aura, therefore cannot interact with Aura.

For example, if you have a magnet on the table and you pass a stick by it, nothing will happen. But if you pass an iron stick by it, you'll feel forces pushing or pulling the stick. The Iron stick has magnetic properties, and thus can interact with the magnet, while the stick, with no magnetic properties, cannot.
The canon according to the Wikia, explains that Aura comes from the soul not blood. If you try to use blood to interact with Aura, nothing will happen, like the stick and the magnet.
